I used this one: http://kitchensanctuary.com/2015/12/slow-cooked-hungarian-beef-goulash/ and served with mash

That looks good man, and I've only just eaten!

I'll have to give that a try some time...

It's made in the EU though!!!

I've always called that Middle. Green, to me, was pretty much uncured. I miss proper bacon dammit! We can get something resembling streaky but I don't have a grill/broiler so I have to fry it. It goes from not cooked to over crispy in about half a second.

Goulash anyone? Served with mashed potatoes and sour cream.

Regular HP Sauce.
Where to get it if your in the US.
Amazon sell it best to get the squeezy bottle as it works out as the best deal per $ to ml.
Fruity HP sauce
Ok so I posted links but AFN didn't like it so you'll just have to google HP Sauce.
There will be plenty of places selling it in other countries to keep the ex-pats happy!
what?, no canna

Well, it's a classic czech-bavarian thingy, we share a lot of our culture with the bavarians, more than with anyone else, austrians share it with us also. It's a side dish, you are supposed to slice them into slices, use the utensils. They mostly split into two categories, bread or potato dumplings.
looks good!
