I only eat saltwater fish. You cant eat the fresh water fish here. Due to the high levels of mercury. I catch and release only.

Mackerel has to eaten very fresh. Eat same day a caught if not its cat food. Other wise its great if had fresh.
The mackerel I had was eaten the same day I caught it. Maybe it was because I cooked it myself lol. It was very fish oily.

Nah...nothing too mad. Just a pretty standard little bubble bucket cloner I threw together to see if I get better luck with rooting cuttings with it than with using root riot or rock wool cubes. :greenthumb:

Haha oh dear!

If you send them some positive vibes they will come :vibe:

I don't know about that. I'm the only guy I know who lived in Maine, followed the stocking truck with my buddies who limited out every time, and never caught a trout. :face:.
I was JINX'ed.
Sunfish, and cats, one after the next, in the middle of thousands of trout,. Not a one for me. Farm raised, they were mushy anyhow.

I live in a sportsman's dream location. Point in a direction and within 10 minutes you'll find a stream or lake, no joke. With in a 50 mile radius, there are probably a couple hundred ponds and lakes,, and a couple dozen streams, and a river or two. Best have a handheld gps with you, your cellphone won't work and it could be many miles to civilization if you get lost.

I'll eat anything as long as someone else cooks it lol. I've eaten some pretty weird saltwater fish and been really surprised by some. Monk fish and trigger fish were amazing, mackerel on the other hand I don't have any desire to try again lol.

Nothing beats a fresh Hogfish. There are plenty in 2nd place. None of the oily ones like Mackerel or Bonita are even on my list. Lemon shark is a real treat. Chunked, breaded, and deep fried.

Hogfish is fantastic! There's a place in the Florida keys that we go to every time we're there called Hogfish bar and grill. They have the best Hogfish sandwich.
