I cant wait to try the sample bud! Needs a few days, too wet and sticky. It was stuck to a dry bud on the tray , i love it

I'm hoping to score some cod cheeks when I go to Boston in 2 weeks. If you haven't tried cod cheeks or skate cheeks you're really missing out.

I turned my fairy frost into dabs , Very nice but not out standing but thats just me .

Hogfish is fantastic! There's a place in the Florida keys that we go to every time we're there called Hogfish bar and grill. They have the best Hogfish sandwich.

Just hook me up with a nice, thick halibut steak and I'm good to go. I'll try the others, but haven't found one yet to top it.

Hard to beat halibut for sure....Maybe yelloweye rockfish along those lines.
I'm a salmon guy of course though. Make mine winter caught king salmon.

I've been sitting here trying to remember the name of that great red meat fish., drawing a blank with some Speed Devil#2, COBIA, The roast beef of the sea.
