After my fam bought me a "fresh water fish cookbook" it seems like i quit catching pike!! Some say ya have to cook it a certain way for the best flavor..i dunno cause i never cooked any,but i will if i do!!

Pike is bony and I mean bony . But well prepared it's excellent but not those big bastards ya might as well release them to make babies . Walleye, sauger on the other hand is the best , a fish that most Americans don't fancy for some unknown reason ??
