I use it frequently. I cook with it, and take it in capsule. It works nearly as well as ibuprofen for anti inflamatory. It's a good preventative.

Spirulina powder is a good anti inflammatory for me, 20-30 grams almost daily keeps a lot of pain away, seems inflammation in the body the cause of most pain. Works better than ibu for me. I don't tolerate ibu, after one day, I can fell the beginnings of acid reflux, so I keep clear. Wife uses lots of turmeric as well.

I can't wait to see some of them grow out. I'm doing mine in a solo cup and after seeing how little soil one of those cups actually hold I have my doubts about being able to pull it off lol.
