Anyone try breeding clones from autos?

I've been taking clones now and then just for experimental fun.Now I have a isolated chamber built and have 8 clones in the cloner......5 gorilla glue auto and 3 Swiss cheese autos.

I also have 2 gorilla glue, a pineapple Express and a samsara ultra violet at about 2 weeks old all autos

My goal is to cross the gorilla glue with everything in the cloner plus the p.e. and u.v. using sts

My question is how should I proceed with my goal?

If your talking about takeing cuttings and trying to root them it won't work with autos.You will have to get a male auto and use its pollen to pollinate a female.

Why won't it work, I have had good luck with clones from autos producing buds . The last one ended up 2 1/2 ft w a half ounce of frosty bud[emoji16]

I take the clones as soon as possible so that they have plenty of time to establish roots and no preflowers have formed.

I agree, taking clones is possible. Ive seen it done. Reversing an AF clone I have not seen done and would be interested myself in this.

I'm thinking of reversing one of my 2 week old GG's and using it to polinate the clones [emoji16]

I'm going to try reversing a clone also. It seems like it sets the clock back a week or 2 when you take clones. So I'm curious to see how that's going to affect the timing of polin forming vs the other clones forming pistils.

From what I have gathered it's good practice to have the target female to be in flower before the pollen flies?Any advice on timing of STS application and timing of female to receive female pollen?

I'm a week into turning an A/F Fastbuds GG right now... she was 19 days old with fem hairs just showing. The branch I'm currently spraying has stopped production of hairs and the one's that are there are retreating, so i believe its beginning to take effect. 20% colloidal solution from Silver Mountain. 3 X applications daily. Rest of the plant is business as usual. Going to self pol. the GG and hit an auto Wembley and Lowryder2.

Both the Wembley and LR2 are younger, so i will refrigerate the pol until flowers pop...good for 6 months they say. I would be inclined to believe longer.
