All in all, not too thrilled with the unit thus far. The pics are nice when you can get them, but getting them is a nightmare of fighting with the loose and floppy unit. Not bad for $18 but still, lots of headache. Perhaps I need some more time with it, and also I think that I can mod it slightly to tighten it up.

Hahaa true dat! Ok I fiddled with the USB Microscope some more and got a few better shots Purdy crystals! I can see my future in them...it is to smoke them bwahahaaa!!! lol

Main grow picture update time! All is well and good, the Mephistos are flowering now and getting bigger, the Red Poison and AKR are almost done.

Red Poison (#2): putting on some substantial final mass, might surpass my RP #1 yield.

Afghan Kush Ryder: also putting on decent final mass, leaves almost all used up.

Several ambers up top, with a couple clears, lots of milky.

Just a couple sporadic ambers down lower with many clears.

Testing out a new toy Nikon. Here's an AKR cola top.

This is unfortunately as close as it gets. The "macro" mode, flower mode, and auto focus are total garbage, as in, as good as nonexistent. Never had a camera that couldn't focus on a damn plant...

That one is 89 days, (probably taking it to 95 or 100 to get sleepytime meds), I hadn't had it before but I have done a couple small quick-dried samples. It's quite fantastic medicine! It definitely has a strong "medicinal" feeling, but is no slouch in the THC department either. The plant and the drying / dried samples stink to high heaven lol, not an entirely pleasant bouquet of smells either lol. Flavor is robust and heavy, of old world spices and musky weed. Pain and restlessness properties are very strong, without any noticeable negatives. It's turning out to be a pretty good match for me medicinally, it's just that it's too darn stinky to try raising 10 or 20 of them at the moment haha!
