Finally, at long last, the RP which was stuck for a month as a seedling, is ready to harvest. This is my second RP and will be ordering more beans of it again, probably next summer. (I'm finishing my current autos and then will be clearing out the tent to start fresh with whole pack of 6x Reserva Privada Skywalker Kush for the Jedi Healer project
Some interesting noteworthy similarities and differences between this RP and my first: this one has the red stalked trichomes like are seen in some macro/micro shorts in other grow logs of this strain, but my first had normal trichomes. This one has a similar but slightly different structure, less branchy. Both have few leaves, making trimming and maintenance an easy breeze. Both have many bud sites each of which makes a good solid nug, although the strain doesn't get the main monster cola like some others do. Both were exceedingly coated in trichomes. Both had mostly red and purp colors by the end, but there is a green only phenotype out there. Both have the same gloriously beautiful smells, tastes, and generally beautiful appearance.

That's it, she's cut at the base and hung. Didn't weigh it wet, but I'm guessing it's about 3/4 oz to 1 oz when dried. No clue yet as to if either pollinated branches made any seeds, but I suspect it didn't take, no beans in the other things I pollinated lol. Didn't quite get that right this time but will keep practicing! Peace and love.

Culled the stump of the Blue Dream that I left to grow a few more bananas on the bottom reversed branch. Collected quite a few fat pollen pods, some just opened uh oh! Hope they didn't sperm my young ladies haha. No biggie if so really, it was only a couple pods open, and the younglings only have a few flowers yet.
Here's the reversed autofem Blue Dream pollen pods, I sifted the few opening ones, the others will be left over a paper to dry out some.
I do need some more practice with all this for sure... So I think I might hit the Tyrone Special with a little bit of Blue Dream pollen. I don't really know that they'd go well together, but I need some practice and a few trial beans for outdoor next spring could be nice if it takes. Also it's young enough to make some beans in time and still grow plenty of Sensimilla flowers She's really the only good candidate I have right now.

Quick update + Red/purp microscope trichome pics from the Red Poison (#2), went into jars yesterday, 16.8g dry, so right about where I guessed!

Couple quick pics of the pretty Red Poison going to jars. This one has similar but yet more range of colors than the first one. Like the first, the nugs shrunk up tight when dried, and that's fine with me because it's such darn good medicine

Some places were so completely covered with crystals that it looked white hahaa! Awesome. First time I had that happen

Trimmed! It was very very leafy and took awhile to trim, but if you follow me you know I believe in leaving the well-coated sugar leaves intact all the way to final consumption. I do believe there's plenty of medicinal value if the leaves are coated enough.

So it was 83.6 g wet, I'll probably fetch around 3/4 Ounce from her dried. Not a ton of herb, but this is some seriously strong stuff. I tested it twice with just a bowl, and each time the bowl was difficult to finish lol! Should be some good night time medicine
I think that's the last plant of Round 3 of 2014. The Bubblegum #2 was a great yield, the Red Poison #2 was beautiful and fun, and this AKR is frighteningly strong and a good looker too! Now I'm winding the tent down slowly in preparation for running the Skywalker Kush. Good times and good medicine Looking forward to some great rounds in 2015! That's all for now, I'll get some USB Microscope pics of the AKR when she dries a bit, and I've got updates for the Mephisto girls soon. Peace and love.
