Dinafem Amnestic Syndrome - May 2018 GOTY 2nd Leg

Here's a photo from yesterday showing the entirety of the 4'x4' tent. Its day 29 for the three Dinafems, and day 25 for the two Sweet Seeds. Gals are starting to nudge each other for elbow room. They're all being misted every morning, rotating between OpticFoliar and Biotabs Boom-Boom. Every other day they get 1 liter of MegaCrop - mixed at 1.25g/L.

Yeh, Grower of the Year threads can get "noisy" with extraneous chatter, but are fun to see the variety of strains and grow styles in one place. But an individual dedicated grow journal gives both space and focus so its easier to follow the progression, predicaments and progress of a specific grow. I like both.

Since this is my first time with Dinafem strains, I wanted a specific journal to capture everything about it.

I agree they are super fun and something we love but it can get very hard to see what each grower is doing. Maybe the format will change in the future as AFN evolves

That's why I am in 4 competitions with 4 plants and have a separate journal for each individual grow.
I also have an extra journal covering all 4 of the plants together.

I agree 100% with the competition threads.
That's why I am in 4 competitions with 4 plants and have a separate journal for each individual grow.
I also have an extra journal covering all 4 of the plants together.

You and I are of same mind on this. I'm in 4 competitions and have 4 journals. But ... the time to update all is rather extreme. Fortunately, I have the time right now, but this can't continue indefinitely. So, I'm enjoying it for the moment. And, of course, the final round in September can't be ignored.

Morning routine: re-adjusting everyone's LST wires and pipe-cleaners, then decided to take some individual photos. Here's they are on day 30. First the two Amnesia CBDs:
It's hard to tell from these photos, but they're responding well and development some really nice shapes.

Then a photo of Amnesia XXL. Much more lanky and not as full in leaf, but still a nice well behaved structure. Unfortunately there is something that she just doesn't like about her environment -- not sure if its light intensity, soil/nutrients, temps/RH ... ?? But she's always had leaf stress evidenced by the line-up on my leg. I keep hoping it will "self-correct" as she matures. We'll see.

Hey only- yer plants look great mate- shame-ish about yer amnesia -my OA have been growing between 25-30c and around 40-50rh for the last 10 days- hope that makes sense or is of some use

I'm putting this early lower leaf yellowing down to lack of food very early on which now looks to be corrected and back on track

Thank you so much for doing a dedicated diary my friend. We have been chatting with AFN platform admin to help streamline the grow battles

Looking great in here. Keep me posted on that yellowing with the amnesia xxl I do think you now have it under control and things should now level out

@Dinafem-Mark -- thanks for stopping by, and especially for the feedback on the Amnesia XXL. You're right, she's doing much better now. And .. after you comment, I'm increasing the concentration of MegaCrop from 1.25 gr/L up to 1.5 gr/L. Next post will show individual shots of each of my 3 Dinafem gals. Thanks.
