Yeah she really went dark this week. Thanks for saying hello, appreciate the support.

Yeah man, sure. I haven't seen many hempy grows here--how do you feel they did? I'm more a soil guy now, don't think I'd ever switch, but I've been messing with a bottom - watered wick system, so kind of hydro - organic. I like the idea of automating the watering....

I was worried about how fast they seemed to transition and set flower, once flower is set tic tok :pass:. I was hoping i would get 78 days like Hans in his air pots but genetics seem solid . They did start throwing flower deficiencies earlier then i have seen in photos too. But explosive growth like a rocket once the roots touched down into the res I have never seen this... amaizing. I could have used light better aswell after training. I have seen led keeps node space tight but i should have used more south facing window to promote stretch after training. All in I think they did what I wanted, remaining small enough to manage in a closet healthy crop for 3 liters. They also took to training well. I will go to 6 liters next time but maybe mephisto 24c as i think 2/3 seed germ isn't great at going prices and the damaged seed stock/vial was a let down @FastBuds but this is bad luck maybe? flower time is set so it seems i am finishing 18 days earlier than others I have seen in dirt with bigger pots. I also went bloom nutes straight at it so that might be a reason aswell. Over all i didn't grow monsters but some need to be conservative with space.

Hempy is simple and clean no root issues, no bugs, sterile i dont even dechlorinate my water.

I like wicking set ups crafty sometimes, I use it in my container grows(read wallmart bags) for vegetables and a kiddy pool lol . blumats are useful aswell :vibe:.

I think @budelee might have a few ideas for a future grow can't wait for that to pan out, but he has a mainline contest so i will have time to decide on the next genetics i want to breed for seed can't clone so....

You are wicking in a grow now?

Regards :smoking:

Whats up guys... yes you are right @Habitual ..we are planning a co-journal,it could be a multi person journal( not competition),just to highlight a certain strain or breeder, the good thing about these kind of journals is that everybody has a different setup and grow style, the input and documentation is a valuable tool for others to create a "master" plan based on everybody elses grows and results,Hab and I are still in the planning stages if this interests anybody( i get my list together in just a bit) and we will go from there...Hey Guys..,,Dont Forget to Vote in the BOM,starting tomorrow!!!!!!

Looking forward to this comparative growing. Also please any one that has advice ideas on improving what i did, or knows why flower set so fast and so finished early is welcome . Please say high on your way through.

Ur grow looks good to me,i wouldnt mind having plants end on time or ahead of schedule, try having them end at 120 days and see how thatll piss ya off and throw a perpetual harvest out the window,i've been hitting my current mainlined plant with ripening powder to finish it early,i gotta make space for upcoming co-journals and challenges...peace

What was your light cycle btw? That could possibly have an effect on the size and finishing times, although we probably don't have firm, empirical data on that. I do think 24hr light is best at the start, from there, opinions are split on whether 20/4 or 18/6 is better. It may depend on strain. I think 20/4 is most popular

I use 24/7. I had used a timer but when our power went out the digital one reset. When the power came back on the lights stayed off and it needed reprogramming. So my fans are on timer and exhaust aswell but lights are 24 hours.
