After reading through everything this is what I've decided to do. I started a group PM including you and Fastbuds to help make sure that he's seeing your issue and that you two can at least get a dialogue going. Beyond that, I can't promise or guarantee you anything because that's not how a sponsorship works nor has AFN ever claimed to provide mediation between vendors and member product disputes.
Constructive and critical feedback are important for any business but at the very least we should give fair chance to our vendors to adequately respond within a reasonable time frame. And to be fair bud, it does appear a majority of your posting about this occurred not less than 3 days ago on a Friday (over the weekend, or non-business days.)
Let's see what happens in that PM, my advice is to keep a cool head when you explain what's been going on and hopefully you guys can figure something out. I think most people here would feel your same frustrations and anger but frustration and anger are not going to fix your problem and likely are going to just alienate yourself further from the solution (of which the lack thereof is what you've stated you're so annoyed to begin with, so let's quit repeating the cycle!)
So take a deep breath brother. Let's see what happens.
