This is my 2nd real grow I am going to follow the format in the sticky. I hope its not information overkill :jaw: briefly i believe i have a pH issue as its going in @ 6.5 and coming out @ 5.8-5.9 I flushed them with 7.0 water tonight to bring the pH run off back up to 6.5
This happened on my first grow as well i flushed and continued but i do believe it shortened my grow and made my yield suffer.
I have the fox farm line of nutes held off on feeding till the 2nd week i fed @ 1/4 dose. If i missed anything (and im sure i did as i cant seem to get these buggers right please let me know)
anways here goes..
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's)
HPS 1000 Watt solistek dimmable ballast set @ 630 watts
.2) Distance from tops?
14 inches
.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)
enclosed reflector with 6 inch duct and 400 CFM fan pulling air through it
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?
Yes
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?
Yes Exhaust fan and 2 clip fans
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule?
1000 watt full spectrum horitilux HPS and 20/4
Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)
Sunshine advanced mix number 4 nothing added
.8) Size of container.

RO water from local filter the water lately 7.6 pH

Genral hydroponics brand pH Up and pH Down havent used and pH up yet

I water every other feeding, i water till i have run off.

Only molasses (black strap)
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
My watersource levels fluctuate but i regulate the best i know how to 6.5pH
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
6.5pH going in and 5.9 coming out, I think this is where the problem lays. I have flushed so the run off is 6.5 with about 2 times the volume of the 3 gallon containers.
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
Have never done that should i?

18) Indoors or outdoors?
indoors
19) What size of closet, room or hut?
Tent 4x4x6feet approx
20) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
lights on temps are 76-80F with 20% humidity and the same in the dark
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
Not even a fly has followed me in yet.
