Indoor Afghan Kush Ryder Auto's Solarstorm 800w LED.

Whats up people. Been a lurker on here for a little while..I'm a big poster on grass city. Decided to put some pics of my current grow. I grow both Autos and photoperiod plants. Ive had hit or miss with Autos. World of Seeds Afghan Kush Ryders seem to work best for me when I do grow them. Right now Im growing 2 of those, and a Paradise Seeds Wappa. Got a bunch more in bubble buckets and smart pots...OG Kush #18 and Super Lemon Haze but thats another grow journal!

Tent: 4x4x7 Viagrow tent. I love Viagrow tents. I have this one and a 2x2x4. Top notch quality, durable, double flaps etc.

Medium: 1 gallon Airpots with Fox Farms Ocean Forest. I use either this or Pro Mix on soil grows. If I'm growing soil I use either Airpots or Smart pots. Best way to grow in soil in my opinion.

Nutes: Advanced Nutrients Grow/Bloom A/B, Botanica Cal-Mag, Advanced Nutrients Big Bud, and some hits of molasses now and then.

Strain: World of Seeds Afghan Kush Ryder Autoflowering. Love this strain...very fast from seed to harvest nice all around smoke.

Lights: 240w Blackstar LED Panel, and Solarstorm 800w 5watt LED Panel with built in T8 UVB side lighting. These two girls spent 100% of the first month under a Blackstar 240 LED. I used to grow with a 600w HPS but when the ballast blew I decided to go LED. Been loving it so far. Last week I got the Calfornia Lightworks Solar Storm 800w LED panel. Im part of there growers program so I got it for half off and 90 day money back guarantee. This light is a fucking beast. It weighs 35lbs!!! Its 23 inches long by 18 inches wide and 5 inches thick! Crazy.
Its a pricey light with half off cost me 1050 with shipping. I would argue this is the best LED panel made just about. There owner is very honest and responsive to emails. The best thing is 95% of the parts are sourced from USA only companies the other 5% are German parts. All of it is assembled in the USA as well. Its more American then a Ford is nowadays.

Very impressed with 1 gallon airpots. I normally grow in 3 gallon ones or 3 gallon smart pots. Both are 23-24 inches tall in 1 gallon pot!!!

Some more pics. I am amazed that these 2 ladies are 24inchs tall in a 1 gallon pot. I'm using Airpots. I normally don't use this small but gave it a whirl. Unfortunatly because there so small Im watering almost every day! Crazy. Quick question for you guys if I am watering everyday just about do I nute each time? Any flushing I should be doing?

She's taking well to a high nute load. Advanced Nutes Sensi Bloom A+B, Botanica Cal-Mag, and Advanced Nutes Big Bud. Bud sites are all over her. I got about another 4 weeks before harvest. She's loving the Solarstorm! Got it on Flower mode with UVB lights on. Really no issues at all. Early on had a Cal/Mag deficiency been adding Cal-Mag ever since all all vibrant green since then. That stuff is a miracle worker. If your growing should def be in your arsenal.

If I grow Autoflowers again be Dutch Passion Think Different that thing is a monster that dude on here grew!

HAHA yea! I worked my way up on how much in nutes. I do slightly below the recommended dose of Sensi, 1 tsp of CalMag per gallon of water, recommended dose of Big Bud (no idea if it actually works), every now and then 1 tablespoon of molasses per gallon, then a few drops of Superthrive (doubt that works there advertising is nutty like early 20th Century snake oil ads but thought I would try it).

My only problem I have with the airpots is I put it filled it up upside down. One end of the airpots has no holes so when you water soil doesn't wash out then the bottom has holes to stop root growth. Since there upside down the entire bottom the roots grew out to the bottom of the thing since no light or air to air prune then if Im not careful sometimes the soil squirts out the holes in the top. Hasn't effected the plant at all. Oh well lesson learned!!!

They need to hurry up since Im down to about 1/4 jar of bud left!!!!

Anyhow no nute burns at all she loves it. Hopefully she rewards me with her offerings of big nuggets!

Not doing 1 gallon Airpots again though to much a pain in the ass to water so often...then again if I had them in bigger ones Id have a bigger plant and probably be the same situation.
