Advice needed - First time grower - 10 day old seedling

Hi all, started my first grow, I have a 2m high x 1.45m wide x 0.8m deep grow tent, 3 white candy and 2 diesel autos. Using a viparspectra R900, set up about 24inch above the tops of the pots, in 70/30 Coco/perlite prebuffered etc. 16 ltr fabric pots. under 20/4 light cycle.
For the last two days i've started giving them cana A+B plus calmag. I mix 2mil A and 2mil B and 2mil calmag to 2 litres of water, which I will use across all the 5 seedlings, once a day so far.
I'm not sure, but they seem to be real slow, I will attach a picture of one of the seedlings that seems to have curly serrated edges, is this a concern or is this ok?

no they look great and in a few days they will start to really take off i know its hard not to keep looking at them its a exciting time being a first time plant daddy and anyhow nice to meet you im tom

Thanks alot for your support, look forward to communicating and getting advice along the way with you guys. Another Q. off the top of my head there is another thing thats stumping me. Should I be mixing the nutes every watering or every second watering. Im watering once a day at the moment, should i be adding nutes each time?
