Old Reviews Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect

I've been having very similar problems to you right now and my last grow was exactly like you described. At what strength did you feed at? I'm really thinking we aren't feeding enough. I'm assuming you weren't feeding at full strength.

From 1 to 2ml of each, what means half strenght.

I do not believe that stronger feed helps against deficiencies, if ph is out of range. It just makes things worse.

PH perfect works good only with proper water and seems that my tap water is too carbonated. Even with small proportion of tap water mix woth RO, ph goes up crazily. Seems that stuff in our tap water disables ph perfect agent in nutrients or makes some unwanted chemical reaction.

Some say that AN snake oils might help, but I remember coco grows on net, which brought 180g per plant with only basic AN Sensi line. And we have seen so many succesfull grows with half strenght of nutrients, so that the idea of stronger feeding does not seem to be a good solution.

What kind of water do you use?

I use ro water and my ph is in optimal range for coco every time. I really feel like I was under feeding a lot. It's the only thing that makes sense to me. I was following a modified cheap version of tangs schedule. I followed his base nutes but a little weaker and I didn't use any of the extra nutes so my ppm was low. I should have adjusted the base strength to compensate.

I use ph perfect and a array of advance supplements and I stick to promix HP or Sunshine mix#4 but I do prefer sunshine mix #4. Not once have I used a meter no need too as far as I can see.

Sounds reasonable.

Low ppm is a bitch, I am experiencing same troubles, I think. But I use Plagron.

Seems that some additives are necessary just to rise EC/ppm. Especially in coco/hydro. I use hesi now and ppm with RO water is so low that hardly reaches tap water EC 0,48/220 ppm. So I started to mix half tap and half RO but seems that I will finish using only tap water again. Just to rise EC.

Despite getting quite strong light, plants tend to stretch over 1 meter and that is not good. And I think that is low EC related.

But using An Sensi line (from 1 ml to 2 ml of each at the end) did not cause stretch. Only delayed flowering and very poor yield.

Im using the coco grow and bloom nutes but ill be adding other nutes in the an line up will it still be close to 5.8 ph?

After using ph perfect sensi coco my plants have been having problems. For some reason I seem to be having a potassium problem. All my plants are stretching and flowering is extremely slow and almost non existent. Day 42 and I barely have any flowers formed. My last plant ended up one of my worse ones and it stretched like crazy. I dunno what is going on with my stuff but it definitely seems like it has to be the sensi I've been using.

After doing some research I'm starting to think I haven't been feeding my plants enough. I guess AN is really watered down? I haven't been growing long but I've always read to cut stuff in half, especially for autoflowers. It seems like maybe I really shouldn't have cut back on the dosage. I think AN is maybe the first nute you should actually really use what they say on the back of the bottle. I'm going to increase my feed and see what happens. I hope I've figured it out because I really want to like this stuff. PH stability is amazing.
I have never gone beyond 2mils of the base nutrients or supplements. I have grown some huge ass buds with AN

man then how the hell did I end up with such a nasty potassmium problem. All my plants had clear signs of it too. both strains stretched like crazy and buds didn't start forming until like day 40+ by about day 60 all bud growth stopped. My plant was pretty damn big and I didn't even get a full oz.

I really wish I understood what was going on lol. Maybe I was giving even less than half and they were heavy feeders. I'm just going to try again for my current grow. Currently at day 11 and day 7 on 2 new girls and still using the ph perfect. Hopefully I have better luck this time.

I feed every day 1ml at day ten 2mls by day thirty of base nutes. To make sure i use up the nutes every day i ad 4 cups of perlite to five gallons of soiless mix pro mix hp or sunshine#4 it just sucks up the water when they get huge I water twice a day
