Old Reviews Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect

It should really blow up when it's released here in the states. But yeah no use for pH pens mine is just sitting on my table, can't bring myself to toss it haha.

Well.. when you start to grow big and the ph perfect line (as well as many others for that matter) will cost you like 20 bucks daily to feed, you will see yourself grabbing for your pH meter, normal nutes, and a bottle of ph-/+ :P

(even though the nutes can be paid back from an oz or two eventually, I just don't see myself dishing out that much money on a daily basis when I can use the money for something better and handle just fine with a normal nute series that won't need its own budget)

Still, this has its uses for sure, I just wish AN would stop seperating their products into so many damn bottles. Seriously, fulvic and humic acids and lots of other crap should be in the A&B bottle to begin with.

yup... overhead is a bitch! :smoke:

After seeing the yields Jackal got from his plants I'm sold. Soon as I finish up the nutes I now have I'm gonna give them a try. 6 oz. off of 1 Mi5 is insane and more than makes up for the extra cost.

pH is one of the hardest concepts for newbies to grasp. Using a product like this will be a big help to new growers. I'm sure other nutrient manufacturers are working on similar products. Competition will bring the price down.

Honestly it's only going to cost me 230 to get sensi grow, sensi bloom, and the hobbyist kit which is all you really need from the people I've recently been talking to. That grow will last me a LONG time since autos don't veg that much and since it's autos the rest run half strength anyway. I bet I can squeeze at least 3 grows in with that if not more. People talk so much smack price wise with AN but honestly you don't need the whole grandmaster bs setup unless your a true commercial farmer with complete environmental control and by that time I guarantee you will have shelled out over 10-20k on equipment. I think a little extra on nutes isn't a big deal for the yield difference. I'm about yield which is why I'm learning hydro on autos then I'm switching to a almost pure indica photo grow with sog. Besides for some of us spending an extra 50 per grow pays off if I even only yielded an exta 5grams total per grow. If you don't "share the wealth" then I slighty see your point but that extra 50 moved over 12 plants is worth it to me since it will still only cost me around 35 dollars a zip to produce high performance buds regardless of weights.

Have you actually read the product page? It's there bro both humic and fulvic acids plus more.

I bought 1 liter bottles of grow and bloom back in May, use it every watering thru then on out til this day. Still using the same bottles. I have no plans on going commercial. Even if I did I would still fork out the dough, cause it's worth every penny to me.

Hmm. Sorry bro, I thought the video said the base nute range was 5 bottles ?
I watched the video and they poured a fuckton of bottles before the ph got stable !

Yo jackal I just talked to the rep and only the base has ph perfect lol. What other additives do you use at what weeks? I think I want to mirror your schedule exactly to be honest. Your results are stupid awesome.

Yah but if you notice they did that just to show with all those additives it still didn't rise where without ph perfect it would be off on ph by a decent margin.

Yeah I told you only the base nutes has the ph perfect in it. No other need for any other AN product. In the video you notice they didn't stir it til they got it all in? They might want people to think you need all that stuff, but it's not true. Also the video was demonstrating the Grow, Micro and Bloom. Sensi is a 2 part nute base. The only other product I kept using from AN is Bud Candy for sugar/carbs. I throw that in every watering during bloom. Bontanicare Calmag plus usually every other watering. Bloombastic is a PK booster I use when needed. Another recommended product.

I see now.
I was kinda misled by the video as he just kept puttin in bottles for like 5 minutes I was like LOL.
If they can achieve that stable pH with just a 2 part base nute bottle then props, would justify the 4ml/L dilution rate.
Does it ? interested to know. If it does, I will go grab a bottle of Sensi A&B grow to try. This seems useful for me for growing a mom or anything else for the matter in a DWC in my small DR60 on the side.

Bloombastic, I used it, and it leaves a taste in the bud. Also, there were some threads about it using some phosphites that are nasty.
I use ATA XL instead from the same company, kinda the same thing without the pk in it. I use Canna's PK 13/14 which is really cheap and goes a long way. Atami pk13/14 is the same, but it wasn't available at the time. Same price too.
I'm also using Canadian Xpress's Headmasta. It came VERY highly recommended to me by some long time growers and even some breeders. Its like 20-25 bucks a litre and only 1ml/L dilution rate.
I added it to my rez and it raised the ec by 0.2, not bad at all. I've been using it for two days so far, but we'll see..
You should try it next time you order from canada ;) Its cheap and goes a long way. The guys who tried it told me it really does raise potency AND yield.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and do a Canna Aqua vs AN Sensi A&B with two clones of C-4 in my DR60.
I'll keep you posted :P
