Grow Mediums Adanced Nutrients PH Perfect

Do not adjust your pH when used the pH Perfect products. All you will do is fight the pH Perfect technology - you will have to add a ton of pH up/down to try to get it to change.
A lot of people new to the product misunderstand this and think it doesn't work because the pH still appears out of range after adding it to their water. It will not change your pH reading(much). What it actually does is called molecular encapsulation and makes the nutrients and supplements available to the roots no matter what the pH(within reason) is. As long as your starting pH is between 4.0 and 8.0 you should be just fine.
Here's a key item as well that bears mentioning. In order for the pH Perfect tech to work properly:
When mixing with your water, add part A, mix and wait 5 minutes.
Add part B, mix and wait 5 minutes.
After this, you may add your supplements.
@Tommy Bahama AN PH perfect is a good product yet even when used properly can fail. We have seen it several times in the infirmary. It is a good farming practice to verify that it is working by using a good soil probe to monitor the PH in the root zone.

What if the nutrients being fed is at 25% of AN'S recommend dose?

I too am a fan of AN ph perfect in coco. Since I completely gave up on phing after having 3 pens breaking and getting annoyed with the maintenance they require, I do not ph at all and my tap water comes out at around 7.5 ph. The only issue is the start because I try to give between 1 to 1.5ml/L of base nutrients and that may be a little too hot for them, but otherwise they clearly get problems. After the first week or two, they just explode! I dont even use the grow base nutrients only the bloom from start to finish.
