Indoor AB's latest grow log - Launch of the Badboy!

I love them color shots of the PAK! They're the next best thing to being there. Sweet!

Back again with some pics. Overall things are doing well which is good because the plants aren't getting much hands on care these days. I've got two big projects at work that are requiring some travel, and I coach my son's soccer team & we've done better than expected this season. Two of the next three weekends we'll be going away to different tournaments. It's actually not a big issue since the plants don't need a whole lot of care during this stage of flowering, but the biggest challenge is timing the waterings. I don't have someone reliable to tend the plants while I'm away, so ideally I try to water them just before leaving town. Sometimes that doesn't work out with different sized pots, but I can get it close enough. Fortunately I should have most of this travel out of the way after a couple more weeks, which means I'll be around for the critical harvest/drying/curing phase. I live in fear of getting called away in the middle of that process and risk losing the crop to mold. It may end up that I have to chop more around my schedule than the plant's schedule, but we'll see how it goes.

Day 51

PAK - Other than some yellowing of the fan leaves that aren't getting much light, this one is doing fine. She's getting more colorful each day, and has finally started producing some nice trichomes. Still no real cannabis smell, but it's still early in flower.

AKR - This one still isn't completely healthy, but the bud sites are exploding with pistils and the trichomes are starting to multiply. She's still showing some hunger for calmag, so I've been adding it to each feeding. If all these buds swell up properly, this still has the potential to produce a fairly large yield.

SR1 - This one is the star of the show, and it's how I expected my whole grow to turn out before all the issues cropped up. She's just under 20" and is frosty all over with no signs of slowing down. Very similar in size and structure to the AA I grew last time, which ended up around 30g. I have a feeling this one will top that yield easily.

SR2 - This little plant has been pretty much trouble-free from the start, so I was shocked to get back in town after a few days and find the largest fan leaves all spotted up and yellowing. There were some signs of slight nute burn so I just gave water and molasses the last time, but that obviously wasn't what it needed. But the pistil production is slowing down and most of the trichs in the cola are cloudy, so it's heading towards the ax anyway. I fed a little calmag and bloom nutes yesterday and it'll be water the rest of the way. I'd be surprised if this one lasts another two weeks, but it's really getting in the way of the larger plants in the tent, so that's fine. The buds are starting to harden up and this thing really stinks of fruity skunkiness.

RRF (Day 17) - This plant is almost a carbon copy of the last RRF I grew, which ended up being around a foot tall with a really chunky cola (perfect for T5 growing). It's in a bigger pot than the last one, and it showed pistils at day 15 which was a little earlier, so hopefully that means it'll be even a bigger yielder.

Thanks for stopping by! :smokeit:

Looking real good Andy! That SR1 has been my pick from the beginning! She is one sexy girl

Looking good El Andy  Have you considered using blumats for watering when you're away? I'm going to be looking into them for this summer.

They all look good Andy! All getting nice and frosty. I like how the RRF is just overflowing with new green. Looks awesome!

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Mr P, I have done a little research on blumats and some other auto-watering methods. Somewhere in the DIY section here there's a good thread about setting up a wicking system, which is another option. But usually I don't have to travel much more than an overnight trip here or there, and this stuff lately has been unexpected. There is a possibility that I'll change jobs later this year & that will involve being on the road 10-15 days a month. If that happens I'll definitely have to make some kind of arrangements to take care of my grows.

They look awesome Andy starting to fill out nicely bro can't wait to see em finish :smokebuds:

Killer Ladies Andy! Another fine grow!!

All girls are looking great, Andy  You are getting nice colours on PAK. Mine are waaay behind and still vegging bur I gave them 2 double shots of veg nutes when yellowing started and I suppose that delayed flowering - too much N. It seems you managed to sort it out quickly
Cheers :smokebuds:
