Lighting A-Train's Platinum LED P300 test

Ok folks the first P300 showed up today. We will do the unveiling today and tom another will arrive. By Wednesday the ratchet light straps will be here and we will get these babies plugged in... Here are a few shots of the light and un boxing....

These lights will be placed above 3 to 5 plants in a 3x3x5 secret Jardin grow tent. I have 3 Magic Strains "Street Sweeper" "Big League Chew" and "Black Diesel"... they are auto fem. I also have 2 Black Dragon reg autos. I'm hoping for 2 females but will certainly be happy with 1. Also there are 2 Evol Seeds "Stoopid" seeds in 1 quart tiny pots I'm hoping for a female there as well I'm like 0 for 5 with all males with those elusive little plants.

The plants are all in 5 gallon smart pots with the exception of "Street Sweeper" wich is in a 3 gal air pot



The girls are currently around day 8 so by day 10 they will be living under these 2 new lights. Happy growing everyone....

I got the both hung today just looking for more ratchets to be in tom...

The first pick is to compare the heat from 2 P300 to the heat of a what we will call "brand X" a 1200 watt led I currently run here is the before.... I will look again tom for comparison

Ok second set of ratchets are in now so every thing is level and squared awat... something to document is the dramatic decrease in temp between brand X 1200 watt and the 2 x p300

Note there were no changes made to the setup except the lights that are running in it. All fan speeds and outside tent temps remained constant.

The brand X at peak time mid day cycle was running 77 degrees in the tent.

Platinum p300 x 2 was running just 70

Ok raised the lights and going full spectrum now. They are probably up a bit too high but I'll evaluate the leaves and stretch and bring them down to the "sweet spot"
