I was using the Maxi grow exclusively all the way up until a few days ago… I initially added extra calmag in the beginning but read that Maxi grow already has calmag in it. Now that they are flowering I have them on Maxi Bloom, General Hydroponics Koolbloom, G/H Flora Nectar and Power SI (bloom). Overall I like the Humboldt's Secrets line I’ve been using over the Maxi but had a couple unopened Maxi bags and figured I would use them up and give the cheap nutes a try.

Thanks brother! The one in the back left corner is about 20 inches tall… might have a problem with that one if it doesn’t start flowering soon. Just supper cropped 3 of the tallest branches on her yesterday to keep the canopy even and the lights low.

Okay yeah that makes sense. I bought the GH flora trio, liquid koolbloom and some flora nectar for a dwc setup awhile back but I might just try that out with a flood/drain table instead.. Just realized I can upgrade my 2x3 to a 3x3 for just the new tent with everything I have.

Would be great if you can upgrade your tent and not have to buy a bunch of extra equipment to make the larger tent work. If you’re planning on setting up a ebb&flow table I can show you the tray and reservoir that will fit… I had a difficult time looking for something that would work when I was using a similar sized tent.
I’ve used the G/H trio line for many years and have had great success. Would be still running it but the Humboldt's Secrets is a little easier to use with there only being 2 parts instead of 3. Also, the A&B is mixed the same all the way through veg and flower… makes things a little easier not having to switch out the nutes in the reservoir with the different stages of growth.

With my current grows I’ve been using Humboldt’s Secrets A&B for my main NPK, Botanicare calmag, G/H Koolbloom, Sugaree by Cutting Edge and Power SI (bloom).
