Indoor A Sea of Green in Hydro

Thanks m8.. it always looks more than it is in soil though.. if I pulled 20ozs I'd retire on a high note haha I hate to guess tbh but I'm thinking 12/14ozs will be about where i end up this grow.. and I'd be absolutely over the moon if I hit that let alone any more.

SoG has really opened my eyes to big yields small spaces.. and sawneys strains help as well.. interested to see how big these girls get by comparison.. and how long they run.
I here you man!
Happy to see you’re into the SOG. I’ve always had a quest to grow as much weed in the smallest spaces I can. Lol! :rolleyes1: It’s always nice to be able to maximize the potential of your equipment and every square inch of your grow area.
I’m thinking these plants will take at least a couple weeks more than any of Sawneys genetics. Hoping they all start flowering about the same time… it’s sometimes difficult managing the canopy height on the tray when I’m not able to elevate individual plants like I can with my coco grows

Yes, the 1.5 cubes and blocks are all pre soaked in R/O water with the PH set at 5.6, with about 250ppm of veg nutes mixed in. I top feed the plants for about 10 days, then start flooding the tray after the roots get established deeper inside the block. Once I see signs of flowering I drain the reservoir and start running flowering nutes set at around 700 ppm. About the second week into flowering I cut out the cal mag and substitute the ppm’s with a PK booster and only change out the reservoir water every 15 days until harvest. I use to flush my plants with Botanicare Clearex the last week prior to harvest until I read something that @Mañ'O'Green wrote about not having to flush. Really can’t tell the difference in the finished product.

Great info m8. Thanks. When your top feeding first 10 days would u be feeding daily.. obvs they're seedlings so assume they won't need much although I'm used to soil of course.. perhaps the cubes dry out faster and need more regular watering than say a soil seedling??

Once they sprout I top feed 2 times a day with a turkey baster. Very minimal water at first.. 4 seedlings will share one turkey baster full.

Keep the questions coming brother.
