New Grower 60 day Wonder, 1st Auto and such a noob.............

Hi any and everybody, I'm so new at everything for being such an old fart, I started smoking in the 60's but am just learning to grow. I never even considered that it would be feasible to grow till I started dealing with the fact that all my sources were dwindling. And of course commercial crap is all that is around..So, as the Allman brothers say.......noone left to hang with anymore, i started reading and found out that there is a worldwide sub-culture that has perfected the growing of marijuana. When i found you could receive quality genetics stealth, I was blown away!
And feminized seeds? wow!!! And finally, autoflower..........Fantastic!!
Anyway, here is my auto, it's called a '60 Day Wonder" and as fast as she is growing, I believe it. And I have lst'd her.View attachment 99371View attachment 99372View attachment 99373View attachment 99375

And I am using foxfarm soil, so no additives yet. This is day 16 where she got Lst'd, when and how much additives (fox farm trio) should I give her? I noticed the limbs I tied down yesterday are reaching for the light (400 watt hid), do you think I should relst them again? It's so cool to see bud sites so early......I'm loving it!!!

Ahhh I see. Which ff soil are you using? If its ocean forest you need to go kinda light on the nutes for a couple weeks but you can start now. Give her veg feed til vertical growth stops then switch to bloom. It's probably gonna get pretty big under that 400 watter. Good luck ! Oh and most people start at 1/4 strength on the nutes. Slowly work your way up if the plant likes it. Alternate waterings and feedings and if you see tip burn back off a little on nutes.

Don't let the strain's name fool you... Check out zaQ's cool grow. His went way longer, but he got some killer smoke from her.

I too resemble your remark about being an old fart and being surprised at the weed culture that exists...I got into growing several years ago .....with autos being my first...I was hooked after that....man it's great to break out a fav jar of nuggs and KNOW I grew it myself !!!! I haven't had to buy someone else's idea of 'good weed' for years now....

The 60 Day Wonder will go about 70 days. Mine is at 80, but was stunted for at least 10 days.
Yours looks better than mine ever did.

Thanks everyone for the kind remarks, encouragements, and suggestions. I knew this was an exceptional forum when I stumbled on Seymore Buds thread on growing an autoflower for Dutch Passions called "Think Different".
Wow! i was blown away, not only with this persons ability to grow quality and quantity, but also with the banter that went back and forth. There were no disparaging remarks, no arguements about method, no snide asides.....
And this forum has the coolest emoticons!!!:smoke:
