Jean-O's Show Grows 2024 6 USA tester positions available for Photoperiod testing on new F1 strains Brain Damage and Devils Lettuce

Devils Lettuce F1 65 days in flower. I am taking her down this Saturday. What an amazing grow with this test run. I couldn't be happier with the flower structure or ease of the grow. I'm looking forward to testing the final product for effects and flavors.

dont know if I’ve mentioned it but the entire grow this lady has only had a single personal fan in the inlet as the sole source of air movement and ventilation. She’s super resilient and easy to grow

@Jean-O - Steal my pictures if you like them. I'd be beyond tickled to see one on your site.
I'm pretty sure I'm done using anyone's pics but my own after all the mud slinging that went down yesterday. Perfect example on how good intentions can go wrong.

This would be a shame of an outcome. Getting a plant onto a breeders website as an example is a milestone as a grower and I think a majority of us share this sentiment.

Devils Lettuce F1 finished and drying got the chop last night at 69 days in flower.

Thick chunky solid trichome covered buds galore. 95 days i believe seed to harvest on this photoperiod. Soft floral aroma with some citric basement funk currently, I'm looking forward to checking out the finished product after the dry n cure.

100% agree.

Jeano if any of my pics of your cultivars ever meet your expectations you don’t even have to ask. I’d be honored for you to use them. Sorry for how that whole thing played out. One of the many reasons I haven’t been as active here.

I've thought about it a lot more since all of this stuff happened this week and I honestly think its in my companies best interest not to use at least for products anyone's pictures. I will have to think it over more its a pretty big decision. I believe that I can put a page up on my web shop that customers can display their pictures of my cultivars and leave comments, I will be looking into that here soon.
I greatly appreciate your offer to use your pictures though. It was an amazing grow with some top notch photographs you had. I'm chalking it all up to growing pains for the company with what happened here. I'm not upset with any of it at all. I'm a pretty resilient person and I've been through a lot this was just a small hiccup in life. No matter what you do when you put yourself out there like I have someone is bound to end up not liking you that is just pretty much a fact of life IMO.
It has however brought up more ideas. Maybe I could do a kind of picture prize and have a thread for members to show off their photo's of my cultivars and choose one every couple of months to send a free pack of beans out to . I think other companies do this already. Lots to think about....

:thanks: @Jean-O this stuff smells incredible and has been a joy to run as a first photoperiod plant. She’s headed into a whole plant upside down hang after defoliating the majority of the remaining fans

Outstanding JOB! Especially for your first photo run. Beautiful pics the buds look amazing and frosty AF! I usually do the same for my drying just take some of the big fans and hang the whole thing in a dark room. I have a bit of trouble especially in the winter with slowing down my drying time. I'm usually ready to fully trim and jar up in 5 days in the winter so I try to slow it down as much as possible. I'll even harvest right after watering in the winter, I am right around 35% RH with 3 humidifiers running in the house so its pretty dry!
Im looking forward to the smoke report, I should be able to sample mine probably this coming weekend! Thank you so much for being a part of the testing.
