Devils Lettuce F1 67 days from seed 42 days from flipping the light schedule. She's about 21 days into flower and chugging along. I did a major leaf stripping this week on all the plants and top fed with Dr Earth bloom booster and earth worm castings. Pretty much water only from here out over the next 5 to 6 weeks. I'm already seeing a bit of fade on this girl. Her aroma is soft much like a musty basement with hints of pine and gas and a tiny bit of something sweet and floral. The aroma is a lot like the Grandpa's Stash but the flower structure looks more like the Green Poison. The aroma is heavy on the Grandpa's Stash with undertones of the Green Poison.
I am very happy with what I'm seeing and smelling so far happy growing!
the smells are incredible and I think she’ll harvest a decent amount for a 150w light grow in a 60f basement during lights out. Photos are a different beast indeed
Bit of a changeup here. I was following the day/week update from the start but I realized it was getting a bit confusing. I had flipped the light schedule 2 days after the end of a week and then updates were a bit wonky of total days vs flowering time. I've waited a couple extra days so things would align and now I will try to update with each week of total "Flowering Time." I will still keep a total day count for reference.
Flowering: Week 4 - Day 1: Brain Damage on the Right and Devils Lettuce on the Left
Devils Lettuce absolutely dominating the tent. You can really see the difference in the strains here. Both plants of each strain look very similar to each other. Both BD are near equal size and height. Same with the DL.
I've done a second defoliation after these pics were snapped. Removed any lower branches that were turning yellow due to lack of light and any spindly shoots that were not going to reach the canopy. Plenty of fans taken as well.
Devils Lettuce F1 47 days into flower. The aroma is really starting to get stronger. I'm smelling all sorts of aromas from gas, fruit, skunk, musky dank basement and some soft floral noyes. It really looks like a beautiful balance of both the parent strains in this pheno.
