Grow Mediums 5 x auto mazar in iws dwc by hydro newb

Ok so here is my first grow diary on AFN. Its my only my second/third hydro grow so im still a newb and could really do with some advice on feeding.
Strain: Dutch Passion Auto Mazar
AutoMazar is a remarkably heavy-yielding autoflowering hybrid between our legendary Mazar and a Ruderalis/Indica. Mazar is a triple prize winner, a best seller praised for its potency, high yields and soft taste. AutoMazar produces sticky, generously proportioned buds and grows to a height of 70 to 80 cm. AutoMazar is a typical Indica, a strong-growing dense plant with big leaves and yields of 50 to 125 grams per plant. Best result so far is a plant that produced 205 grams outdoor in Southern Europe.

It is a robust strain that is easy to grow and guarantees a heavy early summer harvest of superior quality when grown outdoors. The stable genetics ensure that AutoMazar is resistant to pests and diseases. The flavor and aroma of this resinous variety are that of an original earthy Indica. The intense �body-high� is very pleasant. AutoMazar is a must for all Indica lovers, not at least for it's tremendous yield. Highly recommended.

equipment:
2.2x1.2x2.0mtr tent reinforced with batten due to a previous disaster
primair fan controller
2 x 660/600/450/300w dimmable ballast with 600w Philips dual specs running at 300w due to hot weather. 1 is off until I need to space them out
2 x 6" rvk fans reduced to 5"
6 pot iws dwc system with brain pot and separate 210ltr reservoir that drains the pots every 4hrs for 30mins then refills them to top them up plus this cools the pot water
hailea air pump with 8 outlets 2 of which are feeding 2 pots in my other tent (auto pounder & think different)
nutrient chiller connected to main res outside the tent and set to 18c and is on a timer so it only comes on when needed
cheap argos humidifier. will see if it is up to the job. i have my doubts
dripper system fed from brain pot
blue lab ph pen and ec truncheon
tube heaters and oil filled radiator on plug in thermostats set to 70f for lights off

nutes:
aptus root stimulator
canna aqua veg a&b
canna aqua flores a&b
canna pk13/14
advanced nutrients big bud
advanced nutrients overdrive
great white bennies


room temps are 70-85f
pot temps are around 18-21c
rh is around 50-60%%
ph 5.5-5.8
ec 1.0 vega a&b and root stimulator

is it me or do these look slow for day 29 from seed?

Should I increase ec?

Can anybody advise me on a general rule of thumb auto feeding guide using my nutes above as this is where I lack confidence?

the roots look bad but its not rot its a build up of crap. the great white is brilliant stuff and should help the roots stay healthy.

Oh man! sweet system! Thinking of building one soon. Mind if I tag along and pick 'yer brain out?
You'll love Mazar, just had a harvest myself and am baffled by my very first harvest with 10L airpots. Moving to 20L should be epic in the future. DWC right after that.
Do you mind expandind on how your setup is like? What chiller and pumps are you running?

nice one guys. groffuwiwi im a complete hydro newb mate byt sure i'll help where i can. ive grown in soil for a few years but only been in hydro for a couple of grows. im using an iws dwc system that comes complete with 2 maxijet 1000 pumps, 18ltr pots, brain pot with timer and separate 210ltr res. ive got a hailea chiller connected to the res and ive got the system set to empty the pots into the res every 4hrs for 30mins and then refill the pots. its such an easy system to manage via the res.
ive actually just made a copy 4 pot system (im only using 2 at the moment) from some oxypots except i control this one manually via 2 maxijet 1000's. 1 in the header pot/brain pot and 1 in the res so again its easy to manage as the oxypots were a pain in the ass for me. i'll see what pics ive got and put some up. i grow in my garage.

Is that a Hailea 150? How would you rate the noise level ?

yeah its the 150 mate. it was recommended to me by several other growers for low noise but ive nothing to compare it to. its not that noisy but if you had it on in say a bedroom you would be able to hear it outside the door. its a good bit of kit and i couldnt do dwc without it. im planning on hooking it up to the res in the picture as its only connected to my larger system at the moment. because of hot weather here in england im actually keeping my system on flood and only emptying a couple of times a day to check ph and this is when i run the chiller so its not running too often. i also add a bucket of cold water to the res daily

your more than welcome ninja. im very new to hydro so dont expect too much but i'll do my best lol. i just need to find a good feeding schedule that i can tweak with each different strain.

ok so its been a while since i took any pics but heres some from this morning.
these are growing at completely different rates but its not a problem.
the roots seem to be taking forever to become established.
the tallest one is showing a def too for some reason. ive just added some cal/mag too.
the damaged leaves on the far left plant are not a def but a result of me cleaning out the brain pot with my new pond vac and it was more powerful than i expected. it tried to eat my groom!
does anybody know how i can prevent the build up of crap on the roots?
im going to be spacing them out tomorrow and putting the other lamp on at 300w.
they started to show sex properly yesterday too.

heres the autopounder and think different.
so the autopounder is moving much quicker than the think different but is showing a def. im not worried at this stage of the grow but ive got to say that i know ive not got feeding regime right. this is the hardest bit for me with autos.
temps are getting quite high but theres not much i can do about it when its 30c outside! needless to say ive switched my ballast down to 300w which is pretty much all theyve had since the start.

this is a slow grow but that may well be due to root problems that ive had since the start
