New Grower 4 plant mephisto grow NCH, MS, CDLC, DG x 3BOG

Spots cropped up over the last 24 hours on the mango smile. It’s all primarily on the top growth and no where else. Im thinking combo of light/heat stress based off the tacoing because of how damn tall she’s gotten in the last few days. Didn’t notice the tacoing until I turned the lights off to look at it closer. My eyes suck.

The spots look like maybe manganese deficiency late stage based off the lead coloring and the brown spots primarily located up and down the center of the leaf. I think that’s primarily a result of having to use the desperation ferts not designed for coco. I don’t know. Too many variables for this newbie to properly figure out.

NCH is fattening up though so that’s good stuff.

I could be wrong, light stress, to high intensity light, can bring on a mag def by driving the plant too hard and can't absorb/utilize mag quick enough.
Another line of thought could be that the intense light just brought out an underlying problem.
NCH doing good!

That’s where my head was at with the potential light stress. Good to have potential confirmation that the fixes may be on the right track. I’m pretty sure it’s a combo of the lights and potential nute issues with that switch that had to be done for a week. Hopefully we get out of this pretty in a decent way.

5x5 wall to wall flower. Only bit not covered is the front where the CDLC is at and have the lasko there oscillating. Even old Sammy in the back has stretched nice and tall.

Not sure what’s up with the mango. The spots are getting worse and spreading on the top canopy, but the lights were dimmed and their at max height at 90”(ceiling). Theyre about 33” off the highest cola of the MS.

Some of the frost from the cdlc and full tent view of the flower spread.

You are gonna have a pile of weed in a few weeks that’s a fact! Look at little yellow Sammy I swear I’ve never seen a plant look like it’s N deficient it’s WHOLE life, grow up to be a nice Call respectable lady. Can you get a close-up of the MS And the spotting

I can kinda see em. And it looks like cal mag deficiency from the far away shot. I’d give it a good dose of calmag at next feeding.

I added some of the calmag to the feed a few nights ago but it hasn’t slowed it. I’ll add a jolt of it tonight and maybe just supplement it a bit with the regular feed. That all purpose feed didn’t have any calcium I don’t think so I supplemented best I could but maybe not enough. That was over a week ago now I think. I’m not sure how long it takes for these things to show. I think they may have some purpling in the stems going on but we had a cool stretch and the overnight temps got the tent to around 52*.

Yeah that’s calmmag fo sho. Just make sure your pH is right and give it a good dose with your next feed

It usually takes 2-3 days to see effects from any nute changes

in your through the monitor estimation, how many wide mouth quart jars do you think I should have on hand? Currently I have 12 clear and 4 amber waiting.

Regarding drying/curing, humidity has been a real bear lately. Sitting at 70% on average. Wildfires/smoke making things real difficult to maintain a normal pattern.

Hang drying is best in dryer environments right? If I whole plant hang at 70% that’s a high risk of mold? Not sure if I should wet/dry trim and if I should whole plant / branch hang dry.
