security first. I have unnecessarily cut two of my recent grows short and it sucks. Even though it turned out I was being over paranoid I still think it is best to not take chances.

Oh no! Sorry to hear man Is growing a couple of plants that serious? Where I am I think I'd have to grow 6 or more plants, and for the purpose of trafficking to get into any serious trouble. I doubt there is some big operation going down to bust some poor bastard growing a couple of plants.

Well the CFL's have always been a "for now" arrangement. I'm thinking it's time to step things up to the next level! This grow has gone great for me with this setup, but I always want to improve on my setup along with my experience. No matter how good I'm growing right now, I can still do BIGGER, BETTER, & HARDER!

Do not waste your money or time with hps bro dive into leds go for it get a good chinese led and grow away . You will grow frostier dencer and with allot less energy too.

I feel for you man. On election night I held my breath watching the returns. What a great thing to grow without worry. It has actually been quasi-legal here (Alaska) since the 70s, but nobody understood the law. It was still just too scary to grow, even contemplating a tiny grow (which was actually legal) was paranoia inducing. I hope your concern was just that (paranoia), and you'll be up and running again in no time.

Yeah, in my state, cultivation of any scale is a felony:

Less than 1 lb or 25 plants

My state actually signed a resolution back in 2013 vowing to NEVER legalize marijuana for any reason. Out of all of the states, this one seems to be the most difficult for marijuana movements. Is it because of the heavy population or Mormons in my state and the republican governor who's been in office for 4 terms and just re-elected for a 5th? That might have something to do with it. So, to answer your question, yeah it's a pretty big thing here still... Paranoia gets to you sometimes!
