@ms48130 The plants are just now showing sex. I would feed veg one more week. Then a transition week of 50%veg 50% bloom then bloom from then on.

Sounds great, thanks. I'm working towards TaNg's Easy schedule, and dribbling a bit of bloom now (about 20% of the base nutes) to stretch out my current supply of Grow A&B. I plan on using AN's Bud Ignitor, and for that I'll need to be on the front edge of theflowering.

Many thanks!

I feed veg nutes until the plant stops stretching (growing upward). That is when the plant focuses on producing buds. If you stop feeding veg nutes too early you may be slowing down the stretch when your plants growing to its biggest potential as it's not focusing on making buds yet. Its focusing on getting bigger before it does that.

Everyone does things differently though. So dont just listen to one opinion. I'm not saying I'm right or wrong. It's just what I learned and what I do. Good luck!

My buddy grew hydro dwc with Lucas formula start to finish (Lucas formula is just micro and bloom). I did hydro dwc with micro grow and bloom and my plants came out a lot better looking than my buddies who taught me. I did things a lil different than him and it paid off.

Thanks for the perspective and thoughts. I do have a height-limited tent (4'11") so that's a factor. Also a bit concerned that my grow nutes are getting low, so I'm running a 80% grow/20% bloom nute mix. In fact, I'm getting challenged on footprint space as well right now, so smaller plants is A-OK with me for this first grow.

For sure. If height is an issue maybe try a scrog net next grow and train your plants under the net until you want them to grow up. Good training method to produce bigger yields. Or you can LST or top and lst to keep your plants height down. Check out training methods for weed on the web. It will help allot to increase yields and work in height restricted areas

I did start a mainline on the JillyBean (photo) and I topped the three autos
