Outdoor 3 x Early Top Tao (Photo, Reg) - Maria's Early Spring Games

Remember that thread a few months back, when I was using Green House Seeds strain info to work out light hrs for flowering?
I think it was something like 14 hrs or less was their calculated start of flower for pretty much all strains.

My guess is, that they'll be fine, but maybe at the end there will be a few crazy leafy foxtail buds that will shoot out.

What will actually happen? Only one way to find out, kids...............

Interesting...I have seen a spread of 2.5 months is flower trigger with my plant outdoors. Most strains I do are 15-14 day light hours trigger. My worst was a BC Bud Depot Jack herer that refused to start flower until mid September, which the natural light regime was down to just under 13 hours of daylight. I ended up throwing a 24 foot outer perimeter 6 foot tall beast in the garbage. :(

Yup I am . Would be interesting to test . I know I had a plant reveg on me. But not sure of the strain it was. Looked sativa dominant and smelled like lemon. It was in flower then started pushing out single bladed leaves and stretched again. So maybe with some strains it is just enough to stop and restart the flowering process.

I used to do indoors mainly, but tried some cut down mother plants outside in the early summer one year.
I regenerated then for a couple of weeks before going outside. They went kind of crazy!

I guess that would work by watering in. And when transplanting dust the mycos on the roots. I have to get me proper nutes and additives. Only thing available here are earth juice products.

Well, I tried. hehe. Was a bit toasted at the time.
Maybe some will go in, maybe not.
Still so small, hard to get to the root without risk of damage.
But, they will be transplanted, an excellent time to try again.

Yeah. Strains. Getting the right strains.
This is one reason for me selecting the Safari Mix experiment hybrids.
Try out a range of genetics and see what works best.

Oh, that's a tragedy!!!!

I try both as well start indoor to a good size then out for flower . Had some failures along the way mostly due to pests. But my plants usually look great untill the bugs. Lol

Yeah.... bugs... Have some little gnat things in tent now.
They fly around, but can't see what harm they are doing.
Neem didn't see to affect them much, but need another spray or two.

Next worry: once the 3 and 5 and then 7 pointer leaves appear,
how to prevent house mate from identifying them?
Little bit of paranoia, helps keep security tight.

Try those yellow sticky traps for the adults.
