great question romeo!

being as its Low Stress Training (LST) -- there is no need to treat for shock.

you are not stressing the plant as much as topping/fimming (which will take about 1 week of recovery and stunt an autoflower) -- no cutting involve at all.

all you are doing is tricking the plant into growing flowers from its side and therefore maximizing bud sites.

as long as theres no cutting/breakage involve -- you are good to go.

shes definitely turning out to be one bro.

not sure about the grow being dialed in -- but i am working on it!

instead of switching soil for the next run (as i planned previously) -- i think i will be sticking to whats working for me so far. (it it aint broke dont fix it -- right?)

still got my TRIO nutes and im thinking of adding some solubles for the next run -- just slowly adding some nutrients to maximize my girls.

hoping to come up with a revised schedule + molasses and ofcourse the solubles when i decide to use em (still reading/looking about them at the moment)

i guess its true what they say -- 2nd grow seems to go alot smoother than the first (by they i believe it was GT that told me that?) :gthumb:

The stem on my last lst job crimped overnight on me. I relaxed the tension and treated her for shock. But I'm glad to know I don't need to every time I bind her back a bit more. Thank you herbal.:thumbs:

ive been adjusting the lst adjustment daily.

dont worry about letting it relax -- as long as its alive and kickin its fine.

i released her lst today just after feeding -- i want to see how she looks like after some hrs of lights
