New Grower 2nd grow, punching above my weight!

Hey all! So, this is my second EVER, my 1st grow i had 2 plants which for a 1st grow came out sublime, to me anyway. I think ive got too cocky and now have 7 plants at once! 3x in a 18oz cup and 4 in 8lt smart pots. Turned out some seeds didnt germ so did some more for back up and just lost track how many i did haha.... they are under 250w hps cooltubed, uk summer wont allow me to go any higher im really batteling this heat!! will they still yield ok? I have...

Sweet some in 18oz cup day 11ish
Bcn critical in 18oz cup day 11ish
Sour livers 18oz cup day 2/3
Strawberry nuggets 8lt pot day 5/6
2x Stilton special 8lt pot day 3/4
Sour livers 8lt pot day 3ish

Already losing track of days for them all.. WAS NOT PREPARED! Haha.. sweet soma has starting drooping past 2 days, over watered?

Ive stuck the droopy sweet soma and bcn in the garden today just to soak up the sun, too lazy to bring them all down to the garden for a few hours.

small cups its usually omne or the other,its looking overwatered just by the top of soil.

Cheers... its difficult to how often to water, ive only grown in 12lt pots haha... would the 250w hps be efficient enough to produce a decent yield atleast? Providing i lay back on the overwatering

lots of practice lifting up and down pots and trying to gauge the weight,heavy dont need water,light do need water.
dont expect huge plants but a 250 should make a pretty decent job of 3 or 4 plants,2 maybe the ideal but that would be boring.

Ye last time i did 2 plants and just felt like the tent should be more full so added a few more this time round, i bump it up to 400w when i can, colder nights or a shitty day, im not expecting mahoosive plants, aiming for atleast an oz per 8lt pot ATLEAST!?? anything from the cups is a bonus.

let them go dry in between feedings the ones in the cups especially they arelooking good get the right temps and humidity and you will get a easy ouce off of a 8 liter pot here is one of mine in two liters. If I can get that one that big you should get a ounce easy bro.
