Hey AFN friends! I’ve just finished my first grow a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to get back in the game! I’m going to be growing 3 each of 2 strains by mephisto genetics—3 Bears OG and Creme de la Chem :smoking: I’m excited to share my journey with you guys!

Here’s some grow info
Tent size: 3x3x6ft
Lights: veg with mars hydro 600w, then 2x 100w 3500k cobs in flower
Pot size: 2 gallons
Medium: coco coir
Nutrient line: canna coco

I started germinating them in cups of water last Tuesday(11/20), after about 12 hours I moved them onto saturated paper towels and stuck them someplace warm for 24 hours. All but 1 had little tap roots and were ready to be planted!

I charged the coco with .4 EC(200ppm) of calmag and rhizotonic and planted them about 1/2 deep.
When I checked on them this morning they had all sprouted and looked nice and healthy

I will be regularly updating this journal every few days. Hope you all enjoy the show and please give me feedback and advice!

Hey Ryan! Man, glad to see you back with your second grow. How did the first one turn out? I am back with my second grow also.

I have CDLC high on my list, so will be taking a front seat, brother! Good luck!

The first grow turned out great! Ended up with just over 8oz of some sticky gorilla glue:woohoo:
Just cut the last plant at the start of the month, she ran alot later then the other 2 and unfortunately had to be cut short due to powdery mildew:cuss:.. Regardless though I had a blast growing and learning the right way thanks to you introducing me to MedCzech. He's been an amazing mentor and helped me every step of the way teaching me invaluable information :d5:

What kind of strains are you running this grow? Glad to see you back too!

Nice haul, man! Congrats! My GG gave almost 5 ounces, too. Yes, @MedCzech was a great resource to me, also. brother is generous with his time. I am running with 2 DP Auto Night Queens. Check it out. (Link in sig)

OK. I am on board and ready to watch these girls grow!

Good luck man. Now you know you have all the support you need on this site. Great people everywhere around the world growing this lovely herb.:headbang::headbang::hula::footy::glutton::snow1:

:smoking: Day 3 update
The girls are alive and doing well! I can already spot pretty big differences in the 2 strains. The CDLC seem to stretch more(almost a half inch taller than the 3 bears) while the Bears OG have short and strong stalks and seem to focus more on pumping out those first leaves!

Struggled to keep the humidity up the last few days and was debating putting in humidity domes but I finally got it under control by tweaking around the temp/rh of the room that the tents in and now we’re sitting at a stable 77F/65% rh now. VPD is right where I want it! :headbang:
