Grow Mediums 1st time using auto pots and coco,trying some cookies .

hi,1st timmer here using ato pots and coco.help needed already i think ive overwatered,
HOW DO I MAKE THEM BETTER ??
plants are 11 days old as of today. ive potted the into my 15l outo pots
im growing in a 1.2m square tent
6 inch extraction
auto pots ,coco, advanced nutes sensi bloom,voodoo juice some kind of boost later.
4 x 60w autocobs Citizen CLU048 1212 Gen 6 3000k 90cri.
need to put together the rest today.
i did think about quantum boards but need a little heat as outside
in concrete block shed.will also have a 250w dual spec hps just for warmth.
waiting for a red poison to finnish.

How high have you got your light? Think it's more likely to be light stress than overwatering.

Cobs are v powerful and can be too much for young seedlings.

@Sensi Jay cheers jay ,i probably had them about 2-3ft away, i`ll move the lights as high as i can get them then and gradually
lower the bigger they get . atb

Think that's for the best mate, they'll get used to the intensity as they mature. You probably will want a bit of stretch anyway.

Definitely want to make sure that light is far enough away. I have my two P300s at the top of my tent from the seedlings and I don't lower it unless the girls start to stretch to much, which rarely if ever happens. Roots look good, I would let them settle in for a couple days without additional water and see if they perk up. I plant seeds directly in the coco which I presoak with a cal/mag, voodoo solution at 2 ml per liter. Then I don't feed again until between day 5-10 and again between day 10-15. Usually will give another top feeding around day 21 and then turn the reservoir on.

@HemiSync thanks,all was fine til i gave em a feed day 6 0.5ml/litre coco advanced nutes and 2ml/litre voodoo juice and put em under the light .ive turned off cob and put them under a 250w dual spec (high up).
i think i`ll give them a couple of days then jack em in ??? them cobs are seriously bright . lesson learnt.

Your babies look very pale and yellow? I am so far from an expert it's not even in the same dictionary, but they def look light in colour to me mate.

Could that be linked to light position somehow? I'll shut up now

cheers mucka, i did have the cob too close ,2-3 feet . i normally start them with a t5 flourescent and then put them under hps or lately cmh -never had problems with that way. im a 1st timer with these cobs and the intensity must of been too much for them ?? im not convinced there gonna make it down to the local headshop for some seeds today.
