Don't feel bad, we've all been there. It's not like you can go ask the local agriculture agent for advice. We've all made our share of rookie mistakes.
Those slow release nutes are gonna muck things up a bit. You'll have to easy on the other nutrients and keep an eye on them.
Halogen lights are not really that useful as grow lights. They run very hot and their color temperature is more red. Red is good for flowering but you need blue for good vegetative growth. If you are using them in a small space you might find it hard to keep the temperature down. About 79 is where you want to be. Most growers are using either T5 flourescent, compact flourescent (CFL), high intensity discharge (HID) or LEDs. Each has it's pros and cons but all are designed for growing weed.

About the only place that might carry it locally would be a hydroponics shop. I would expect to pay about $20 a bottle for a quart each of Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. You can find it cheaper on the internet, with shipping it works out about the same. There's an outside chance a nursery or good garden center might have it.

i feel stupid now..lol..but yes its a slow release soil..i just flushed em out last nite so i can switch the nutes...the halogen light set up is 2(500) watt lights(i only use one) with 3-4inch tube shaped bulbs in them with metal reflectors enclosed in a protective glass shield..these 2 lights rest on a tripod which can be raised up or dwn and he lights rotate up/dwn and left/right..thnx for lookin out.
