Easy to stop swinging , tie a bit of string off the corner that is swinging to one of your down poles on your tent , you will find it is your fan that is doing it . I get it happening with the wind from my aircon . or shift the angle of your fan .

I will try and tie off one corner thank you

I found out that the seeds I gotten from a friend were like 4 years old does that matter?

I just started a. Hinalayan blue diesel grow with 3 year old seeds in a similar temp. They started a bvit slow but seam to be rolling along well. Yours look fine. As far as watering I like to feel the wieght of the pot. If it's very light they probably need watwer. As they get bigger they tend to absorb more and faster... every grower has there own environment to work with. Too much water will drown the roots. A droopy plant with healthy roots will perk up fast after watering. It's kinda a tricky thing but your plants are well on the way.
