leaving my girls alone for the first time... lil worried. but they should be good for three days without me, i'm giving a good watering before i go, fingers crossed all is well when i return. Will you guys watch my girls for me while i'm gone?? :)

Returned home and all is well

DSCF3088.jpgleft the girls for 3 days but they are fine, my small easy ryder is still developing nicely

DSCF3090.jpgDSCF3091.jpgRudy the Tall Easy Ryder is still packing on bud weight. and still frosty as i wished this christmas to be

DSCF3092.jpgDSCF3093.jpgThe white russian seems to be done adding weight, at least to my eye, and under the scope she still isn't showing any amber trich's... ? i've heard some autos don't go amber but i'm still flushing her and waiting a little while to take her down

DSCF3095.jpg does appear that the White Russian has some more swollen calyx, but maybe its just because i didn't see her for a few days, you can also see in this pic that the leaves are still dark green despite the flush but that the spots i noticed on lower leaves are showing leaves in the bud now... is this just part of the maturing process? i'd love any input you've got.

The WR is just about done. How long have you been flushing her? Her lower fan leaves will be the first to go yellow and start dying as the plant drains the last bits out of it. You can tell by the pics she is mature. Ide assume by next week she should be yellowing as the nutrients are flushed from the soil. Rudy the tall easy is being flushed also correct? They look great and the trichome cOverage is very nice  are the trichs still showing some clear or all they all Mostly cloudy.

Haven't started rudy's flush yet, since she just beefed up I wanted her to have one last feeding before flushing. Next watering will start rudy's flush. The white Russian got a sledgehammer flush on Dec. 26th and only pure water since. Was planning to chop the WR on the 9th. But maybe Sunday. She's only about 60% cloudy now which is odd.

I'm conflicted about my white russian. She was a dream to grow, super easy. But now she's not Nearly as frosty as my easy ryder, and under the scope many of her trich's are the headless pointy kind :( which don't have close to the amount of thc the headed kind do. But she is swelling up her buds nicely, and looks good in person. I guess we'll see how she smokes.

she looks good, pulled off a bunch of yellow and dead leaves

pics of the white russian's main cola, a group shot, then rudy the tall easy ryder, followed by the short busy er, and finally close up of a secondary bud branch on the white russian that is leaning from the weight of its nug

i could only see one amber trich on the white russian still about 60% cloudy but she's is loosing lower leaves and has been on pure distilled water since Dec 26th

the girls aren't thirsty yet but i think i'll start rudy'd flush at next watering since she was only about a week behind the WR

Good Morning Prez. I can't tell you about the trics and why they might be as you say, but she does look frosty as a cold winter morning. Although the cystolith (pointy) trichs are found on the upper-side of leaves, they are most commonly found on the under-side. So that leads me to the really stupid, yet necessary question: You are looking at the top of the leaves, riiiigght?? Sorry for asking that, but it seems strange that she looks so frosty, and you say they are mostly all the cystolith type.
All of your plants look real sweet buddy.

Ya I'm looking at the top side of the leaf :) but can't blame u for checking. I wouldn't say a majority of the trich's are the cystolith kind but around 40% Maybe it's just since I've only checked sugar leaves and not the bud itself

my new toy :)

in prep for my first ever harvest i went and got this lil scale, one of the few things i've ever bought without researching first hope it turns out ok. I like to support the local head shop. so at least i'll know what these girls weigh in at

and if i'm adding pics you know i gotta throw up more of the girls because i can't help myself
