New Grower 1st Indoor Grow-Hillbilly Rigged Setup

Paging @cubfaninmo ... whats going on with your grow? Need an update here! You were pretty close to done.
Thanks for checking in! My apologies for the lack of updates! Getting really close. Growing in these conditions seems to take longer. My humidity has been super low lately and I haven’t been able to get them much natural sun at all in the last month. Still, I think I’ll be happy with the results when it’s done (as long as I can keep it from drying too fast!)
I’ll try to grab some pics and post them later.

The hillbilly rig is still rocking! Got a few pics but too high to wrangle them out for proper shots. Looking to harvest in the next 7 days.

Nice and frosty! :d5: :pass:

A full successful grow would be an outstanding accomplishment in this situation. Any bud is just a bonus. You've done amazingly well in the care of your girls.

The hillbilly cousins moved on to their next stage in life!

Grape Mints #23 was cut on2/4, day 91. Purple Roc Berry Breeders Edition was harvested this morning, day 86.

Now begins the next set of issues to overcome as I try not to waste the 3 months of perseverance that the cousins have shown! As you can see, even the drying situation is “hillbilly rigged” and calls for some red neck ingenuity. Humidity is the main obstacle as it will hover from the low 30s to high 20s. I’ve got the temps down to between 64 and 74 degrees.

After hanging for 2 days, this morning I moved Grape Mints to a paper bag in an effort to slow down the drying process. Then, after a bit of coffee and cannabis (and keeping with red neck theme of this process) I decided to put a leaf of lettuce in the paper bag to raise the RH a bit. Made sure the lettuce isn’t touching any buds. Hopefully this isn’t a mistake!

I dunno about the lettuce, but I would have put the bags in a cardboard box too. Maybe small bowl of water in the box with a sponge in it. As dry as you are, I can't see it hurting. That lettuce will go bad quick, keep an eye on it.

Damn good results for what ya had to work with!
