Time for LST??? Can anyone give me a link for a reference?

LST'd today (5.17.12)... 1st time. Would love some feedback. Also I watered 2L of water. Started flowering already! Should I drop humidity from 75% to 50%???

please.... some feedback about the LST´ing

havent heard anything back yet and I havent ever done it so I would like to hear what people think!

It's kind of a minimal LST, but it looks like you have opened them up for more light. A true LST would have the main stem making about a 90 degree bend and then the cola would no longer be the highest point. Shoots off the main stem would compete to become the new main cola, and you'd have several buds competing with each other. Something about Auxins.

What you're doing is fine, it's going to get more light penetration to the lower branches.
I made a feeble attempt at it with one of my plants. Follow the link in my signature for some pics. Plants are at day 42, but were stunted for about 10 days. So, about 32 days worth of growth.
Your girls look great btw.

just went back and checked. I LST'd my plant on 5/9. Latest pics are from today.

GREAT ARTICLE from the Buddha .... I have read a couple times already it already. I think maybe I should have LST´d earlier. I didnt want to stress the main stem too much. I think I will do another training in a couple days to really get them down. They have seemed to like the new spread of light. I have a 400w son-t agro about 1 foot above the girls now. Its very cold outside and we don´t have heating in the house, so the girls are chilling at a cool 24c with the light only a foot above. Once it gets warmer I will raise the light so I don´t have the ventilators:smokebuds: working all day.

I will read your grow from here on out and reply accordingly. Thanks a lot for the feedback

I am seeing a lot of droopy leaves this morning :no: ... I watered three days ago about 2L of water (11L buckets) ph´d to 6.3 tested a bit of run off this morning and its at 5.5 or so.... Color looks good but they are acting as if the last watering was not sufficiant for the amazing growth they currently are experiencing...

Should I give them some more water to drink and how is the PH runoff? I have a feeling they want more water but I would like some advice...
