New Grower 1st Grow - American Pie & Blue Dream under Mars TS1000 (2.3x2.3 Tent)

@Arthur I watered the Bluedream yesterday with the baking soda water until it just started to run off.

Should I wait for it to dry out again before feeding?
Also should I give it some Cal Mag along with the feed?

The leaves have been getting steadily worse, hopefully the buffering stops that at least.

When in soil, always wait for a dry out. Damp soil invites issues and pests. Not sure if your nute line will allow for foliar feeding, but have had times that I pulled a plant along feeding thru the leaves a bit.

Thanks Arthur. Using Biobizz. Dont think I can use it as a spray.

I see one can use Cal Mag as a foliar spray. Might do that instead

I've used Epsom salts for this as well. Probably wouldn't hurt. I'm not a big foliar user, but when it was needed, saw some amazing results. Issue for me was I always had about 2/3rds of a gallon leftover, that ended up on house plants...and felt like I was not making the best use of my supplies.

Hey Arthur , tested the soil today and its around 6.6. Thanks for your help.
Should be ready for a feed tomorrow and will get a bit extra cal mag.

Am I supposed to feed with every water? Biobizz says so but reading on various sites that you should only feed every other water when growing in soil.

The plant hadnt changed much at all over the last two or so weeks but I have noticed a slight change and growth in the buds over the last couple of days so she seems happier now.

Really depends on your plants and your wallet. I feed every time, except for the last 2 weeks that I drop to 2 items until finish.

As long as your not overfeeding and getting burn, the idea has been the more they eat the bigger they'll be. Many will grow as conservative as possible, I've always pushed like I would my photos. They'll be sure you know if they've had too much!

@Arthur need your help again. Measured the soil using that slurry method and both pots where around 5.6 ph.
Not sure how the ph of the soil has dropped again. I have only fed the plants once since correcting it and I made sure that the ph was around 6.5.

After mixing in the nutes the ph of the water had dropped to 6 so buffered up with baking soda to around 6.7 before watering.

I gave both plants a water only feed today with buffered soda water as before.

Any idea why it keeps dropping or what I am doing wrong?
