I didn't read it all, too much pages.
I kinda like what you're doing, really good job so far.
The thing with over watering, is more about stress, and schedule than anything else. You're right about thinking, that giving your plant all of what she needs is the right thing to do. But be careful. Like giving protein to your body to increase your muscles, you're doping yourself to produce a fake growth. Your body is looking great, but you're stressed inside. You're looking strong, without being real strong. You produced in 6 months, what you should in 2 years. Mother nature didn't make us different from the plants.
I mean, your plant will look fucking strong, and you got space (by eye i can say you have 1/2m2 for 4 plants, it's quite good actually)!!! They can take full advantage of your space and grow without limits. During your childhood you don't eat that much... You need to build your assets first. So when it comes to plants, it's the same. To build real and solid plant, you need to let her see her limits, and work with it (kinda tricky). I use to give them 1l of tap water for 3 or 4 days at first. Nutes came at day 7, with only 1/4 of the normal schedule. I will give them full dosage at pre-flo.
Give them self-dependency, you'll not be disappointed.
Also, im gonna use your idea of "pony-tail", really liked it. I did not understand your idea tucked leafs, but I really want to understand it. I really want to try it.
I'm gonna follow this thread !
