New Grower 1st Documented Grow - Ryker604 does DP Glueberry OG fueled by Autopots/Biotabs

Bwahaha all good bro.. mang the auto pots give some rapid growth!!!

You're right, they do, especially once they hit the flowering stretch :woohoo1:. And they seem to recover quickly from any training or abuse, whatever I do to them they're up and running the next day :smokeit:.

DAY 35:

Did the switch to HPS today, say hello to low quality pics :haha:. Now I'm running the Sylvania Dual Spectrum 600W HPS bulb instead of the SunMaster Cool Deluxe 600W MH bulb. I could have switched a little earlier, but it seems to me that I used the MH bulb to the max with these 35 days :greenthumb:.

Moving on to the pics, first tent conditions (I know that the RH is high for this stage, but conditions were like that for a week):

And tent shots:

Have a nice day :cools:.

And traffic is droppiiiing :woody:. Where you guys at, getting lonely in here :frowny:. Anyhow, quick update.

DAY 38:

RH still high, plants drooping due to first dry cycle. Everything else doing great, except that it's now really crowded, but we'll handle that with some further defoliation :baked:.

yes its very important to place your seed down correctly. Over the years of growing autoflowers I have noticed if the seed is wrong it will get a root loop or a knot in the main root stem. All autoflowers that had a knot or a root loop where smaller in size rather then a properly placed autoflower seed.
aww man i wish i read this 2 weeks ago i thought id be helping it by not giving it any resistance but your 100% right both came up with a kink in them ooo well live and learn starting two more in a few days il do it the proper way this time :pass:

Thank you bud for the very kind words . If you're planning on packing your tent full, than I think you should be looking at the Autopots with coco, rather than Biotabs. Autopots are almost a hydroponic system and that's what's spurring the growth :growing:. However, Biotabs are an amazing product too and my opinion is that the combination of those two is tha shiznit :pimp:.

P.S. Think that you still need to manually give reputation after the REP SLAP .

I made it!!:joy:

Looking great! thanks for the invite.

awesome grow, and such a clean grow tent, nice!!

question: once you have transplanted into your auto-pots, but before you turn on the auto-water system, how much and how often to do you water/feed your babies? do you do it by top, or bottom in the base? I top feed about 1 liter with nutes every 5 days or so (like on hans grows), but not sure if that is enough, or to much, yikes! me and watering seedlings has never been a "symbiotic" kind of thing! ha ha.

No problem, great to have you here and thank you for the compliments :welcome::cooldance:.

Answer: once I transplanted the seedling in the Autopots, the Biotabs nute line requires to soak the pots completely, which I did with 2L of bacteria infused water (still a Biotabs thing). This amount of liquid kept the pots moist for a good 5-6 days and then I watered with maybe half a liter just to keep it moist for the next 3-4 days until the Autopots system is turned on. So, there you have it, hope that makes sense :greenthumb:.

For what it's worth, your watering regime in coco seems all right, 1L of water can last 5 days in coco without a problem I think. And yeah, it takes time to get used to watering seedlings :baked:.

Thanks!! When I transplanted my little ones into the auto-pots I did a full water/feed with about 2L also. Thank god I only have to do a few hand waterings until the auto system gets turned on..hopefully I cant do TO much damage :yoinks:

After your transplant and first drench do you hand top water or hand bottom water (in the pot base)? I caught a little something on one of hans grows where he said something like "last bottom feed until auto pots go on"?? I'm wondering if it would be good to get the ladies used to having their feed come from the bottom a few times before the pots go on.

Also 2stoned2care has a grow where he doesnt water/feed again after initial pot drench for about 10 days! wow. Yes, I have an issue with overwatering, hence the reason I bought the autopot system :smoking:

Sorry so many questions, I dont want to hyjack your thread hon, please let me know if I am....I am just SOOO into growing, and the only way to learn is to ask and share, yes? LOL......
