New Grower 1m2 400w what yield?

Hello i got one questio what yield to espect in 100x100x200box with one 400whps i planted 6 autos in 18l pots..

They are old 5days now from emerginig from the earth..

I use the same setup,depends on lots of things,what strains are you growing?(you should lower your light the little girls are stretching!)

They are stetched because they were 36h on bulb withouth wings/or cool tube just hanging from top of the tent, yesterday i put cool tube i put them 40cm under it... I have issues with moisture(40% lights on) and i'm fighting with it now.. Im growing 5 skunk from strain hunters and 1 superhash from pyramd.. I guess it was mistake puting them to cups but fuck it..

I have a super hash going now,just cut the bottoms off the cups and put them in the pots,I got mine in 11l pots.

They are transplanted to 18l pots now..

started my four super hash april 1st in 18ltr air pots under 600w ufo led 5w chips,one seed broke surface in 2 days another 3 days the other 2,5 days later this pic was day 30 for plant that surfaced first,back right.

me tooo i,m first time grower and i cant see are my trichomes milky or ear,i got 40x loupe but thats all look the same to me
