With this lamp will i be able to use 4 four gallon pots and still have success?

Welcome to the forum. Yes, you can get descent results from that light, irregardless of pot size. Just keep in mind that it only generates enough light to effectively cover about 3 sq. ft. so about 2 plants in 4 gallon pots maximum under it.
