what you could do is take the fan and move into the tent and hang it up top and let the vent run down an out the tent this will help get a better flow threw the whole tent. You need to make the air flow just like you grow tent bringing in and exhausting air on the far opposite sides from each other so that you avoid dead spots
But I do sorta see your theory now with the small tent and limited vents I originally thought it was a closed system with no fresh air coming in just feel your flow threw the tent could be better and again I mention you don't want direct wind/fan blowing in on the harvest to will speed up the dry process tremendously
