Grodan 4" cubes being soaked/conditioned in pH 5 EC 0.8 Dutch Pro Autoflower grow nutrient solution 1.5ml per litre with 0.5ml per litre Growth Tech Silicon and 0.1ml per litre Roots Excelerator for a few days.


Ready to transplant on.




Safely transplanted on.


A few (4) days later. After sitting in heated propagator temperature set to 24 degrees C on washed and conditioned clay (treatment same as for rockwool).


The ladies are ready to go into the DWC pots.

Nice setup!! Quick question how are you planning on draining the pots when you change the water? Im looking at a few options atm the easiest being to join all the pots and get a pump....

Hi Charles, no pipes the Mr G method involves a spare bucket for each active bucket and a quick swap over of lady and airstone....It allows better control of individual buckets, lessens chance of cross contamination and gives more flexibility within the tent...
