Ok rsv1, which plants are u asking about? And I think your asking about 1 of two things here. I have not chemically made any fem. seeds. And all the plants will still produce male and female seeds.
Or, the only plant that that I'm working on as far as stabilization right now, is the AK-Runner. I'm currently trying to get all the leaves to be uniform. Even my boughten Auto Assassin from Short Stuff has those same shaped leaves. That's just not a trait the breeder was concerned with I guess. I think in the Assassin's case, the breeder may have just wanted to keep that Christmas tree look. And he did...Stitch would know for sure...
But eventually, I'll be turning all my creations into IBL's Hoping to lock down as many good traits as I can before going public....
maybe i remembered wrong but, didn't i read somewhere that your last Red Bad Bettys were all female?
i just assumed you used some cs or something to form some male parts to pollenate the female parts
aren't the seed then called triploid?
ooops i got my terminology mixed up didn;t I? sorry having a senior moment brain fart.

I haven't had the pleasure of growing any of the Red Bad Betty's. That was more than likly FullD. But no problem dude. I also know that JM was going to use the cs to make some fem. beans, might ask him to...
I think your partially right about the seeds being called triploid. That's one definition. But I also think that that means the plant wont produce any offspring. Sterile plants. Hit that question to Wiz and see what he says...
I bet you are. When you get it down pat, I'd be very very interested in the complete process. Fem. beans is about the only way to keep the strain save from thieves, at least for a couple of years anyway...
