Lighting Noods grows SBR-70's, RSD's and a CC

Awesome, SS! Thanks my friend! Spels found some cool antique jars a few days ago and that gave me an idea, since I need a few new jars...
We have this guy in the next town that has five stories in an old house in the middle of town that sells allllllll kinds of antiques and rarities and just about anything old, used, maybe slightly abused, or not. A really cool place. Poor dude is nearing 70, I'm sure, and running the show himself. He gets nervous when too many people come in because he likes to keep tabs on his trinkets, so although we couldn't get to the canning jars that he says he has, I did pick up a cool wooden lion sculpture for my daughter for just a few euros. I have to go back when no one else is there so we can go to his Old Jars Section!

Question Noods.... and anyone else that has grown out the SBR70.

So the 70 in SBR70 is in reference to how many days the strain needs ( days ) from seed to harvest what is anyones input on how correct that estimate is ? I see you are at day 60 now what is your best guess to how much you are going to let them run ?

Because you know how it is in the 12/12 world where many breeders go in low for flowering time when they really need a couple to a few more weeks of flowering to really finish correctly.

SaH, you catching these vibes I'm sending? Mind reading... I was thinking about sending you a pm to ask about this exact topic.
I was aiming for the 70 days, as the name implies, after flowering on 18/6. (I never mentioned they've been on 18/6 for just over two weeks now, down from 19/5.)
So I see the bigger of the two now and want to take her down now, but also want to follow the Users Manual that is secretely encoded in the name. :D But the smaller one looks like another ~8-9 days will do her good. I'm doing some trich pics tonight of both of them to see where they're at in that respect.

Seeing those pics from two days ago, what is your opinion, knowing them better than anyone?

I think that answer really depends on what you are looking for in a high. I like more of a middle of the road kinda high 33-33-33 clear-cloudy-amber as long as I have a nice stash of mainly amber stuff for those nights my back is screaming at me then I want couchlock and sleep.

But looking at that picture of the trichs and seeing what maybe a few cloudy but really clear no amber at all. I would say they are going to be close to that 70 day mark. But we'll see after todays pictures.

The last couple seed runs of the SBR70 I have not only choose the best looking and first flowering females and males that now i'll starting backing off the first flowering plants as well. I like that 70 day mark giving them enough time to get big but stay smaller and running longer I think gives them a stronger longer lasting high.

OK, personal preference then. Cool. I'll take the tall one at ~70 for sure and then see how the smaller one looks. Maybe I'll let the small one go longer and get real narcotic... We'll see.
Right now the tall one has more amber than the small one and way fewer clear. Prolly about 10% amber and lots and lots of cloudy. The small one's all glittery like tiny diamonds...clear and a few cloudy and I think I found one or two amber looking ones: :)

Lovin' it!

My wife got me this DVD a few years ago for my birthday and I cherish it like crazy. This is probably the most beautiful video I've ever seen/heard. If you've seen this, you're probably happy to sit and watch it again cuz you know what kind of high it gives you, and if you haven't seen it yet, do yourself the favor. The two of them sitting in this cool mossy forest on the edge of a small ravine jamming. Jimmy mastering that 12 string and Robert playing around with his echo pedal, quite well.
Put your headphones on and lean back...
