When I was ready to trim lower branches off the Lemon Z plants I grew from seed for the Dutch Passion growing contest, I didn't want to trash them, so I asked @Antonio_DutchPassion if I could root them for a 2nd grow. He only asked that I label them properly with credit to Dutch Passion. I've only been growing autoflowers, so I appreciate this learning opportunity.

I chopped off the lower branches on day 38, right before I flipped the moms to 12/12 for flowering. I trimmed off the lowest node or 2 of the cuttings, scraped the stems, coated them with Clonex, and stuck them in Solo cups of coco soaked in 1.5 g/GL of MegaCrop 1-part. I never cloned anything before, but they aren't dead yet on day 3. They have a humidity dome to boost RH to near 80%, and are getting misted twice a day with distilled water. They're getting 18 hours of light, 3 feet below a 65w LED board. If they survive, I'll post weekly updates.

The clones are barely clinging to life on day 11. I fed them on day 5 and 10 with 1.5 g/GL of MegaCrop 1-part.

Day 18, and still some signs of life at the growth tips. I'll keep watering every few days with 1.5 g/GL of MegaCrop 1-part, and hope somebody survives.

Looks like they are going to pull through. I did same with one of my outdoor plants last year and I kept it alive and small. And plan on either harvesting few clones from it as a mother or just transplant the whole thing this coming year. Looks good and good change of pace trying new things. Well done.

Day 26. I've been trimming off dead leaves, but the growth tips are still green. I thought any survivors would be growing by now. No rush though, their moms will be using all my space for the next couple of months.

Day 32 since the clones were cut. Starting to see some new growth, and some root tips poking out the bottoms of the cups. Still getting 18 hours under a 65w LED board. I'm about to increase feed from 1.5 g/GL to 2 g/GL of MegaCrop 1-part twice a week. I don't have room to up-pot them yet, so I'll try and keep them small until space opens up. Their 3 moms have the grow dungeon stuffed to the gills right now, and the outdoor season isn't 'til May.

Day 39. Feeding every other day with MegaCrop-1, 2 g/GL. Lights at 18/6. Getting some real growth. The ones that started with woodier cuttings are the slowest.

Day 46. I wish I could slow these girls down somehow until I have room for them. They're getting 2 g/GL of Megacrop-1, a quart every evening now. I saw a gnat, so they got 1/4 t/QT of Gnatrol mixed into the nutes a couple of days ago.

Thank you for the cloning reps @Mara Cachafa your clones are doing well looking very healthy and growing fast now. This thread and seeing these clones of yours just stuck in my head, so I decided to take a few from each pheno I have goingw. Thank you for inspiration I know you don’t like to waste either and I try utilize every opportunity I can.

Day 53 since cloning. Too bad I don't have room to transplant them. The 3 biggest ones got topped this week. Two got moved from 18/6 to 12/12 to kick them into flower (I just put them back in the nursery for the photo). I took 3 new clones from lower branches of the bigger ones, which I hope to put outside in May.
