Hi, I just have a question about feeding, Im thinking about growing in 100% Canna Coco, and Im going to be putting the seedling in the coco. I was wondering If I should start feeding it the day it sprouts or wait a little bit. And are Advanced Nutrients pH perfect Sensi Grow, Bloom coco good for this kind of grow.

I always moisten my coco with a seedling mix of nutrient solution at .6Ec and 5.8ph before I drop my seeds. Coco should never get plain water.
What if I was to make the medium 80% coco 20% soil, would the seedling be ok for the first 2 weeks? And how strong should I dose the nutrients?( 1/4 of the recommended amount or like 2/4 of the recommended amount)

I would not to mix soil and coco. Mix in 30% perlite with your coco. Soil and coco have different ph requirements. 5 8ph for coco, 6.5 for soil. 1/4 dose will probably be fine. Get a tds pen and measure ec/ppm

same as cooter says about the feed I start with an ec of 0.5 never feeding with plain water and keep your Ph in check I also start all my seedlings in solo cups but in the big pot its the same routine I just find its easier not to overwater in the cups also regarding mixing soil with coco I wouldn't go that route as it causes lots of problems I've been told I also use canna coco but mixed with clay pebbles

Coco is Hydroponics. You must feed with every watering to 15% - 20% run-off. You do not need to fertigate every day when the plants are young but never let it get dry. The whole idea behind using coco in the first place is to be able to fertigate several times a day to keep fresh "In Balance" nutrients at the roots constantly without it becoming soggy. Start fertigating 2 hours after lights on and stop 2 hours prior to lights out. By the end of the fertigating cycle you want that 15% - 20% run-off.

Read about balanced nutrients here and why it is so important to use a complete Cannabis nutrient line.

:goodluck:

Ps. I have never seen a good grow here with a 80% coco/ 20% soil mixture. I have seen 80% soil to 20% coco work; where the coco is used to lighten the soil but if you go more coco than that it will not work out well.

I will be growing outside, in a greenhouse.

Do I have to water with 20% runoff even when it has just sprouted?

2 hours after sunrise to 2 hours before sunset.

Anytime the coco needs to be watered yes. Anytime you fertigate you do so to run-off. It has to do with the cation exchange and salt build up in coco. We are taking care of the coco. Good Coco Nutrients takes into account the special needs of growing in coco.

I am jealous you have an outdoor green house. I can only grow indoors.
