Wassup AFN growmies, new here and currently running a Snow-G (now X-Factor) fem auto from Twenty20 Mendocino (@Twenty20 Adam)

Danks to @Suki813 for getting me squared away with a journal:toke:

Room: 2’x2’x4’ tent
Light: Bloomspect SL600, Bloomspect SS1000 (add in during flower and dim the SL600), and two T5HO fixtures (run 6500K bulbs during veg, UVA/UVB bulb at “midday”, and 3000K bulbs during flower…have a 10000K Finisher bulb for the last two hours when possible), and RapidLED deep red and far red initiator pucks for before/after lights on and off
Air: 4” inline fan and 4” exhaust (through a 4” carbon filter), Vornado oscillating fan, and a clip fan above the lights to cycle the hot air
RH: Inkbird IHC-200 humidity controller

Strain: Snow-G fem auto (currently renamed X-Factor
Breeder: Twenty20 Mendocino
Container: 5 gal fabric pot
Medium: Coco/perlite/FF Happy Frog (50/30/20)
Nutes: Gen Hydro MaxiGro, MaxiBloom, BioRoot, CALiMAGic, AN Big Bud coco and Bud Candy, Bloom City Silica Boost

Soaked in distilled water (pH 6) for 18 hrs, then moist paper towel (in a vented Ziploc) for 24-48 hrs on a heat mat at 77F.

This bean popped within 24 hrs on the paper towel and was placed in a Rapid Rooter cube soaked in dilute BioRoot (pH 6).

By Day 3 after popping it was transplant time (exact same amount of time it took for a Twenty20 Whiskey Zulu and Barney’s Farm Zkittlez OG, just kinda the sweet spot for my setup so far).

At Day 7 nothing special, just kicking out some leaves. Started foliar feeding Silica Boost, first time using any foliar feed.

Looks like a good stopping point for this post, currently at Day 36 so I’ll catch up in the missing weeks in the next post

Danks for letting me share, anyone growing Twenty20 gear especially those X-Factor (Snow-G) seeds feel free to post here or tag me in your journal so I can follow your run!

@Suki813 and @Trichome farmer :headbang:

Snow-G showing herself off at Day 27, so the Twenty20 team is right on point with their stats on the website (my first grow Whiskey Zulu showed right on time too)

And only my second grow, but never had a 9-bladed fan yet

Day 28 (01.23.2022), and from here on out are weekly pics/updates

And finally yesterday (01.30.2022) Day 35. Going to let her go vertically for now and slow the training, minor defol coming up over the next few days.

@Twenty20 Adam when does the major stretch usually stop? I def have more vertical space to go in my small tent, but if she’s going to keep reaching up past Day 50 i’m going to have to twist a few arms lol
:growing:

She’s gonna be majestic. 35 days and barely starting to flower. Your lst is good I need to stop being lazy and learn how to do that to my plants.

I’m stoked to see where she goes! Wish I didn’t have the height limit to need so much training but hey, at least i’m blessed to be growing in the first place

I have 2x2x3 tents. I top mine to keep them short. But you’re gonna end up with so many more branches doing lst. I just don’t have the time to keep making adjustments with lst.

Supercrop - D41
Edit: Noticed I never put Dynomyco mycorrhizae in my description for my medium, but those buggers are in there. @Trichome farmer - can you not edit posts after X amount of time?

So she couldn’t wait for tomorrow’s weekly update and wanted to be talked about now, with all her attitude (aka one branch outpacing the rest of the gang) I just had to snap her arm :haha: just after lights on - Day 41

First time supercropping and damn was I nervous (wife lady couldn’t watch). After a gentle snappy squeeze and bend and snap
:naughtystep:

Great node spacing and branch development in this cultivar, have plenty more that I’ll run when I have more vertical grow space. I’ve began to do some pruning of weak branches that are well beneath the canopy (kinda lolli’ing), also taking a couple yellowing/beat up leaves each lights on. Has also handled LST great (so did Whiskey Zulu), let’s see how she responds to some HST! Thanks for stopping by AFN growmies, see you tomorrow on Day 42 - Jaxson
